The Layout
Walking in, you’ll open the door right into the wide open great room. In this split layout, you’ll find the two guests and guest bathroom on the right, and the master suite on the left. In the great room is the chef’s kitchen, a sweet little breakfast nook, cozy living room and formal dining area.
The master suite offers a plush king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and lakefront views with private access to the lanai.
Guest suite one offers another comfy king-sized bed with lakeside views and private access to the lanai. Guest suite two has two matching twin beds, perfect for the kiddos. The guest bath sits right in between the guest suites and offers a walk-in shower.

The Details
Outdoor Living: Huge turquoise pool and spa that sits right on the water. Dining table for 6 as well as padded lounge chairs, a large sun umbrella and separate seating areas. The BBQ grill and boat dock round out this incredible outdoor space.

Kitchen: Upgraded modern appliances including a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top stove and microwave. You’ll find that it’s stocked with all of your kitchen essentials such as pots, pans and utensils, as well as small appliances like a coffeepot, Nespresso, and toaster.

Indoor living: Comfortable, contemporary furnishings, plus plenty of storage space for long-term stays. For entertainment, Villa Lakualoosa is equipped with smart TV’s in every room, offering you a variety of apps to choose from.
