Step into this modern home that features contemporary furniture and light fixtures and updated appliances. You and your family will enjoy the ample seating in the two shared dining areas adjacent from the living room and kitchen as well the two kitchen barstools. Relax on the sectional sofa in the living room and enjoy the open views of the home and canal or watch your favorite movie on the large Smart TVs all over the house, even on the lanai. In the kitchen, cook your favorite meal with the stainless steel appliances and abundance of kitchen essentials.

The master bedroom is where you will find your king sized bed and connected master bathroom where you will find a stand alone tub and separate shower. For the rest of your family the home has a queen sized second guest bedroom and the third guest bedroom is a perfect fit for your kiddos with the two twin beds. The den area in this home provides additional sleeping space besides the three bedrooms but also provides a desk and chair and makes this a great work area!

The house was really nice! A quiet neighborhood. The pool and patio area was excellent. We spent most of our time out there. We loved it! The only frustration we had with our visit were the ceiling fans/lights in the house and remote controls to the TV's. The controls worked the fans in every room so if someone in one bedroom changed the control of their fan or light in their bedroom, it would change the fans in the other bedrooms! Each bedroom should have their own individual remote that controls ONLY that bedroom. The remote controls to the TV's needed charged and there were no adaptors to plug them into the outlet. We had to end up using our own. We loved our stay and communication with the host was great and very helpful.

Had everything we needed, beautiful home , heated pool was lovely in Feb, hosts were responsive , gorgeous kitchen with everything to prepare meals ,beds were comfy and being on the canal was extremely peaceful, husband got to fish and the beach chairs umbrella and towels were very appreciated, would love to stay here again

Perfect home for our family’s stay

Very well-appointed home with adorable decor. The pool area was a huge hit with our 12 and 13- year-olds. My elderly mother especially appreciated the walk-in shower in the master bath as it was large enough to accommodate her shower chair and walker. It also has two grab bars for extra stability. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out to have time to themselves in the evenings and lots of fish to catch in the canal. The teens fished for hours and hours - no need for devices - YAAY!!Our family had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home!

Beautiful pool home

Everything about this home makes vacation living easy. The home is spacious and comfortably appointed. The pool however was our favorite thing! The water was warm and there were lots of pool toys and floaties. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with extended family to entertain.

Perfect place to stay

My Wife and I had a long weekend at the property. It was perfect. Large house, large master bedroom and large master bath are on other side of house from others if you have other people. Very clean and bright. TV's in all bedrooms. Living room had large TV. Various ceiling fans. Office room towards front of house, we didnt use but I think it had TV also. Temperature was nice in house AC worked fine. Lots of light switches, all were labeled for what they work. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We were able to walk around with no issues. POOL WAS GREAT. Large enough, warm clean. Pool had lawn chairs etc near by for relaxing. Property overlooks canal. Pool approx 3 ft to 6 foot deep. stairs for walk in. We had contact with both host and owners and they were very quick to respond. We didnt have any issues, just few questions. We would definately stay at this property again. Very happy.

Summer Birthday Celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and used the deep water pool and patio also. The house is large enough for everyone to spread out. The supplies are well thought out, although we did not use anything for the beach. There were clear instructions for check in and checkout. If we had any questions, communication from owner and manager was very timely.. Master bedroom /bathroom was very nice. The guests in the other bdrs shared a bathroom. There is no powder room.The fan light did come on briefly in middle of night twice and owners are looking into it.. We saw turtles in canal and also alligators! All in all, we had a great family vacation , had very hot weather,,and A/C ran great at 75-76. It is a great house.

Don't miss this property!

Our family of eight had an incredible week-long stay at this wonderful house. The property was immaculate, spacious, and provided everyone with their own private space, which was much appreciated after our long days out. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the saltwater pool. The view from the pool overlooking the canal was breathtaking. We were thrilled to spot gators and turtles, adding an exciting touch to our experience. The check-in process was super easy, and the best part was the communication with the owners! I am huge on communication, and they did not disappoint. Suzan was quick to reply via text or phone call and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The only minor issue we encountered was with the remotes for the TVs and ceiling fans/lights. The TV remote would control both the main bedroom and the living area TV, and the same applied to the ceiling fans and lights. Additionally, the two bedrooms had a similar issue where the lights and remotes were interconnected. Lights in those two bedrooms and the office room would inexplicably turn on in the middle of the night around 2-3 am, almost like they were on a timer. Despite this small hiccup, we would happily stay here again with our family. The overall experience was fantastic, and the positives far outweighed the minor inconvenience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved it!

The house was just as described! Very clean (huge for me). Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Communication with the hosts was great, they responded very quickly to any question! Backyard was also a huge perk with the pool and space to relax!

Great place!!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend getaway. The house was perfect. So clean and inviting and nicely decorated. Nice large patio on the water and spacious inside. We didn’t use the pool because the weather was a little chilly, but it was so peaceful and relaxing sitting in the sun on the lanai. This is a large home perfect for a large family or a group of couples/friends. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend. Communication with the host was great.

Villa Ruby is the perfect home away from home!

The house was just as described! Everything was super clean and plenty of room for everyone. The kids (and adults) loved the heated pool! The host was great and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Cape Coral in the future!
