Welcome to The Palms on Surfside, a beautiful and super modern designed home located in SW Cape Coral near the Sandoval Community. This 2023 built home will ensure you a vacation in style. You will never want to leave the huge lanai with lots of seating areas overlooking the canal. Spend time fishing in the canal or just relaxing in the heated pool. The living room has 4 large nesting sliding doors that bring the outside in.
All the bedrooms are all equipped with queen size beds and TV's ready for streaming your favorite app. The third bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master Suite is has a King-sized bed and TV for streaming. The master bathroom is spacious and has a free-standing large tub and huge walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has its own access to the pool area.
The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances along with a number of small appliances for guest to use making this kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Enjoy the Florida sun on the sun deck of the pool with lounging chairs for tanning, relax by the fire table or any of the many outdoor sitting areas. Cook at the beautiful outdoor kitchen with gas grill and fridge. Entertaining friends and family by the electric heated pool while BBQing is the Florida lifestyle that everyone dreams of, and at this beautiful home it will be a year around possibility.
The garage is stocked with everything you will need for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach wagon and toys.
