The Funky Fish Shack is a unique vacation rental located in the centrally located Cape Harbor Community with views of the harbor. The Funky Fish Shack is a bi-level home with a unique vacation feel in the walking distance to many great restaurants, shops and entertainment in front of your doorsteps.

Upon entering the home on the ground level, you have a Queen Bedroom Suite located with a private balcony, full bathroom and small kitchenette with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The first floor kitchen is the heart of the home, open to the living room and balcony which is an extension of the living space that is expanding and having amazing northwestern facing views that offer great views of the harbor and sunset during the summer months. While enjoying the balcony with the conversation area or the sun lounges you can enjoy amazing vistas of the harbor while watching yachts cruise by. Fishing tours, fishing, Manatee or Dolphin tours are many of the great options that you can take advantage from this location.
You can grill some burgers, enjoy dinner al fresco style on the large terrasse or just relax and enjoy the main bedroom suite that is also located on the second level with a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub area that is uniquely set up.
If you have additional guests, you can also take advantage of the second king bedroom suite that is a standalone bedroom with its own private access, a toilet and sink with an outdoor shower. I did say this is a very "funky" and unique style home which is a very different experience from your usual vacation rental in Cape Coral.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests ( sleeper couch in ground level king bedroom if needed) very comfortable with this set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home also offers access to the community pools one of them is heated and one of them is not heated located by the Clubhouse and the second one located behind the Coffee Shop and Shopping Street at Cape Harbor.
The Funky Fish Shack also has its own boat slip if you like to rent or bring your own boat.
