The home offers 2,100 sq ft of living space plus a 600 sq ft air-conditioned garage converted into a game room and gym. Outside, enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi spa, sun deck, BBQ area, and peaceful views along a 120-ft canal.

BEDROOMS BATHROOMS:
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12. The master suite includes a king bed, crib, pool access, and a private en-suite with double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Guest rooms each have a king bed and 65 Smart TV. The second living room includes two queen sleeper sofas. A second full bathroom with pool access provides convenience and privacy.

LIVING AREAS:
The main living room features waterfront views, a 65 Smart TVs, and an open floor plan. A second family room provides added space to relax or watch TV. Both living rooms include cable TV with over 125 channels and streaming apps.

KITCHEN DINING:
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, large, granite countertops, and a central island with bar seating. Everything you need for family meals or entertaining is here, with a natural flow into the dining and living areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step outside to enjoy the heated saltwater pool and spa, with beautiful morning sun and afternoon shade. Relax on the sun deck, grill dinner in the BBQ area, or enjoy sunrise coffee and sunset wine by the dock and our sun deck.

The Pentair saltwater pool system with UV light keeps water crystal clear. The spa features multi-color LED lights and a 2HP blower for a true jacuzzi experience. Controls are easy to use with the tablet and Pentair app.

A Tesla Gen3 wall-mounted charger is available, plus a 60A RV outlet. Compatible with all EVs using a J1772 adapter.

Great location in Cape Coral

This property is in a beautiful location. Our family enjoyed our overall stay because we got to do a little bit of everything. We were able to fish on the dock, have fun in the pool, play some games, etc. It’s a perfect home for big families. There are some things that definitely need fixing. The AC unit isn’t working properly so the house during the day is very warm and at night takes a long time to cool down. The pool area is no longer screened in, probably because of the hurricane but it’s important to know this as a lot of bugs do get into the pool. Also there is construction being done in the backyard, I believe they are building a new deck. Other than that it is a beautiful home in Cape Coral.

Nice house, poor management

The house is nice and well equipped. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great place to stay. The location was great, once the dock is repaired, this house will be even better. We found that the grill didn’t work, but there was a new one brought out the next day. Unfortunately, we had issues with the air conditioner and ceiling fans that didn’t work. This made for very uncomfortable temperatures both day and night. Communication with the property manager was difficult, and they did not follow through. The service tech they sent to replace the grill, agreed that the AC wasn’t working properly. The owner and the property manager have admitted there were issues and agreed to a concession, however, they did not follow through, and will not respond to communication. I would recommend the house if it were under different management.

All rooms with king size beds. Big TV in all spaces with access to a lot of selections to watch. Not a lot of space on cover pool deck. Dirty floor pool deck. Great outdoor garden.

We loved this house!

We rent a place every year for the 4th of July week, and this house was by far our favorite!! The welcome gift basket kicked it off, what a sweet idea!! Roelens was also amazing checking in on us to make sure everything was running smoothly! Again by far one of our favorite rentals, we will be back next year!

To begin with my booking experience online was easy and exactly accurate as to the property offered. The amenities and everything offered by the rental agency. Fantastic job. When we arrived the house was more beautiful than the pictures could have showed. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Mango trees for fresh mangoes. Lovely birds singing in the morning. Plenty of wildlife for all ages and enthusiasts.Could not be more satisfied with the presentation of this property. Inside the home we found every thing we could possibly need. There was a welcome gift on the table. With a little something for everybody. Excellent touch. Thank you for that. With the exception of a pineapple corer. LOL a must have for Florida. As the pineapples were incredible. From the kitchen, to the bath, there was nothing missing that I needed. A complete list of places to visit and things to do. Which we referenced almost daily.The amenities in the game room, plus all of the things you might not know you want or need for a wonderful day at the beach. Coolers, tents, toys for the kids, Fishing poles and the list goes on. All made for a much easier and very pleasant stay.Highly impressed. The pool area and hot tub/spa were very well taken care of. I personally would install a handrail to get into and out of the hot tub. But still not a single complaint. From either me or any of my guests.Again plenty of comfortable seating space, great lighting, a huge fan, large screen TV, again the list continues. I really wish the fellow I talked to on the phone In regards to adding one additional night, to my 7 day stay (Father’s Day) so I did not have to drive 12 hours on Father’s Day. Would have at least attempted to get any type of discount. He could’ve even lied and said he would try but it was not even an option for him. Hands tied? Or lack of caring about customer satisfaction? No big deal. I would have paid extra to see my family that Happy . If we choose not to return to Cape Coral Florida I fully intend to still use Roelens vacation rentals. Wherever we may roam.

Wonderful stay

We stayed 5 weeks in this property and have never had a better experience with an owner or Monica our rental agent. Both very responsive to any concerns and the owner made significant improvements to the spa and pool while we were there. Great time!

Perfect family getaway vacation!

Beautiful clean home. Had many extra amenities on property. Garage game room was fantastic. On a quiet street. Loved that every room had king beds and two family rooms. This is a great place for our adult children and grandchildren to stay. Hope to come back again.

My family and I stayed here for 1 week in July. The house was clean and perfect size for the 10 of us. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Each bedroom has a huge tv with streaming services. The neighborhood is nice and the canal outback is beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Cape Coral vacation home!

Our family of 12 (two families and grandparents) just vacationed at this home for 8 days. The house was immaculate and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Self check-in/out was a breeze, and we were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket of goodies from the owners. We were all able to have our own space without feeling too crowded. The outside area was a big hit, and the kids spent a majority of their time enjoying the pool & hot tub. The house is well equipped with games of all kinds, pool and beach toys, bikes and scooters! Our group of all ages enjoyed these perks. We visited Fort Myers beach a couple days, which was about a 40 minute drive from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, which is nice to return to after a busy beach and shopping day. The property manager was GREAT! Responding promptly whenever I sent her a message. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean and beautiful place to stay in Cape Coral!
