Perfect Getaway

The property is very modern and very clean and could easily be used for a couple, group of adults, or even a couple families. Lots of near by local seafood restaurants, golf, and other attractions, but the property is hard to leave with a beautiful pool and great outdoor entertainment and cooking area. The owner was excellent to work with and answered any questions quickly. Already planning a return trip.

A Perfect 10!

Beautiful immaculate and very comfortable home. Everything was provided for a great stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. We loved coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the area.Easy day trips to Sanabel and Captiva from the property. Would highly recommend and def stay here again when we come backThanks Tom!

Fantastic home!!

We stayed here for our anniversary and to be together on the 5 year anniversary of our oldest son’s passing. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place to just be together and this home was beyond anything we expected. It was so beautiful. It was close to our favorite places, yet allowed us to not leave if we didn’t want to, and just enjoy the pool, the view, etc…We cannot wait to stay here again.Tom was a phenomenal host!!

Relaxing stay for the enitre family

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the house & the pool. The house is away from the busy parts of town. It was very nice! The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. We did buy additional toilet paper & trash bags. But we never requested more and we have a family of 6 total so that's to be expected on our end. I called ahead of our stay to talk to the owner and he was very helpful in telling us where things were and where to find great food! The owners have thought of everything and for that we were very thankful! Towels, beach towels, beach cooler, fishing poles, bikes.... they have everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right utensils & cookware for dining in.... Everything was there and perfect! We will be back for sure! I highly recommend this property! Great for families and great for a couple.

Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Home to Spend As A Family

We had such a great time staying at this home and spending Christmas together as a family. The home is brand new, very modern, so clean, and beautiful, and the pool/hot tub with the waterfront view makes for such a peaceful atmosphere. Tom and Ellie are amazing hosts who are very thoughtful, attentive to detail, communicative, and so readily accessible if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying here when in the area!

This property was exquisite.It was clean, well stocked and exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everybody. The pool was amazing, well heated and the hot tub was perfect. We had the best time and would definitley stay here again!

Everything was exactly as shown online. Great communication by owner Tom. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool, hot tub, outside sitting area, grilling, 2 refrigerators, butler area, kayaks, comfortable beds, air conditioning, you name it we used it all. We plan to be back!!

Beautiful Home on saltwater canal

We loved our stay at this property the house was beautiful. The kids thouroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as fishing off the dock in your own backyard! The owner had a fishing pole and a little gear we could use. The house also came with beach chairs and two bikes. The beds were comfortable and offered plenty of pillows and blankets. It made for a great trip! My only critque would be there wasnt availabilty to cleaning supplies or extra toiletries which wasnt a big deal but would have been convenient. We also purchased a cooler and left it at the house for the next guests beach adventures!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Close to everything with easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores etc. Home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. A truly beautiful home! Wonderful pool and outdoor lanai area.

Beautiful Propert

The house is wonderful. It is in immaculate condition. We were a family of 6 adults and the house was perfectly set up for us although for 8 people some aspects such as sunbeds would be a squeeze. The house is situated in a very quiet area and for the 5 days we were there we hardly saw another person. The downside of this is that restaurants were always a short drive away. The use of the kyaks was great, and paddling around the canals and checking out some of the other amazing properties was fun. One thing that could be improved is the amount of cutlery and crockery. Fine for one sitting for dinner but needed to be washed up before using again because there wasn't enough for multiple meals. Altogher I would absolutely recommend this property for a weeks stay.

Perfect in every way!

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Tom the property manager and a bottle of wine! The home is absolutely stunning! VERY clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The pool/hot tub and outside sitting area were so relaxing with plenty of seating. Large outdoor TV as well. There were 4 lounge chairs to lay out on and get some sun. The outdoor table is perfect to enjoy a meal you have grilled in the large outdoor kitchen. The pool was very clean and heated to the perfect temperature. You had the option to take a bike ride or go for adventure on a kayak, both which are provided for you. The options for restaurants in the area were endless. Tom was quick to respond with any question that we had. Above all this was the best trip to Cape Coral we have had! We are already looking forward to the trip back next year and will be booking this house again! Thank you for having us!

The Odyssey is a Private Oasis

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. Our agenda for this trip was to relax and unwind. Everything was immaculate and perfectly appointed. We were there for 7 days and only spent one day at the beach. Tom was very responsive prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Amazing vacation

The property was stunning! Loved the pool and jacuzzi. We had a problem with the air conditioning, however the owners were quick to respond and get it fixed. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Just perfect!

We enjoyed and loved every second! Very modern and classy. This was our 4th time coming to Cape coral villas and usually kids wanted to go home early but this time they wanted to stay. Host was amazing and great communication. Easy check in and out . Very close to restaurants, stores and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend and we are already planning to go back maybe for winter time. Also few friends took info about this amazing i can say Home. Thanks Tom!!! We loved it .

This property was amazing, the pictures provided matched on every aspect. My blended family came to see our son that moved in janurary. This property comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Our host Tom was wonderful, he quickly responded to all questions we had and offered to come show us a couple things that we were unsure of.From the canal with kayaks ,the bikes ,to the pool and amazing jacuzzi Toms home was exactly what i was looking for. Quiet & Private Resort-like Oasis

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We wanted a quiet, private and peaceful getaway to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. In fact, we loved it so much we never left the house the entire week. Tom is a fantastic host. He thought of every detail down to a chilled bottle of wine on our arrival. Please don’t sell this property so we can come again!
