The view from the inside of the house to the pool is unbeatable not to mention from the pool to the canal, gorgeous. Eat dinner on the patio, soak up the sun or watch the kids swim. Fish off the dock or take your boat from our dock all the way to the bay or gulf. You may even spot a dolphin or manatee along the way.
Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and walk-in closet and private toilet. It also has a view of the canal and pool. Simply open the sliding doors to enjoy this incredible view from the comfort of your bed. The second bedroom, with a king size bed, overlooks the pool with sliding glass doors as well. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and there is a fourth bedroom with twin over twin bunks.
Just over a mile from Cape Coral parkway, approximately 1.5 mile walk, car or bike ride to downtown Cape Coral with a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and night life.
Enjoy your coffee on the waterfront by the dock or sip and evening drink around the dockside fire pit.
We have a washer and dryer, and a full second fridge - all in the garage for your use.
We have a Pack and Play, Highchair, infant plates, bowls and utensils. A starter pack of supplies is provided (coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper). Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase more.
There is a grocery store, Starbucks, gas station(s), pharmacy, church, and all the necessary conveniences approximately a mile from the home.
It is located on the Sequoia canal just off the Rubicon (accessible to the intercostal and Gulf of Mexico). Approximately 15 mins by boat to the lower Caloosahatchee river and depending on speed, approximately 35-45 mins to the Sanibel Causeway by boat. Easy drive or boat ride to Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Matlacha or Pine Island. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Cape Coral beach, shops and restaurants.
Fort Myers Airport is a short 20 miles away.
Punta Gourda Airport is 30 miles away.
