Southern exposure Heated Pool Home in SW Cape!!

Take a peak at this beautiful home, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom heated pool home. We are located in the most desired part of Cape Coral. With the most desired rear exposure which is SOUTHERN!! Less than 30 minutes to Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Beach and the airport. You and your guests will love this casual, comfortable but lovely and Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. With more than 20 golf courses in the area and Gulf fishing less than 15 miles away, this home is an excellent location for golf trips, fishing trips, shopping trips or just "get out of the cold and hang around by the pool" trips!

The foyer opens into the lovely great room, complete with views of the pool through the Lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, and large bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are bright and sunny and all bedrooms have TV's.

The lanai has seating for six at the table. there are other chairs and lounge chairs available for pool side relaxing. The pool is electrically heated year round at approx. 86-87 degrees.

Dining area next to kitchen seats six. Large kitchen island with granite counter seating. Seats four more people. The laundry room is just off the Living room.

It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! This home is Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. We have some beach chairs and a cooler for you to use and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach.

Great Home in a friendly and cozy neighborhood

This house is a great choice for families looking for a place to stay during their vacation. We felt right at home there. All amenities are available and people around are very friendly. It seems like a very safe area of Cape Coral.

Nice place in Cape Coral

We stayed 10 days with two adults and three young children. After an initial mishap with the locks on the patio doors to the pool, the host got this resolved quickly and everyone was able to enjoy lots of swimming time safely. The house was exactly as pictured and a nice place to stay while in town. There were lots of amenities included such as cookware and food storage, sauces and spices, paper plates, zip lock bags, towels, soap, etc to make the stay even easier.

Cape Coral Vacation Stay

Very nice property but disappointed in property managers lack of communication, cockroach was found put in water bottle asked property mgr for assistance with that and with the toilet handle that was broken in main bath upon our arrival. It took him quite awhile to respond to our message and said he would get fixed next day and it was the following day before it got fixed. And the roach situation was never addressed. Garbage cans in garage were full and upon our arrival on Sunday and the whole house smelled of garbage. Beds were very hard, no extra blankets or sheets provided. Grass was very long and needed mowing. Other than that, the home was nice and pool area was great. Plus icemaker was also not working properly. We rate it a 3 out of 5.

Wonderful Stay

The house is beautiful and greatly maintained. Communication with Don was amazing. He was so quick amd responsive. It was great being a guest. We all loved tghe house. It was sticked with everything and more. Don could not be nicer if he tried. With the hurricane and all the uncertainty it was nice to know that I needed to ask a question Don was right there. Easy check in and a nice peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for having us.

Perfect stay at Cape Coral

The house was the perfect accommodation for our family. It has everything you need and more to feel comfortable all around. Each child had their own room, the pool was awesome and was used every day. This was the best accommodation we had in Florida. Don was always available as a contact person.

Excellent place to stay!

The house is beautiful! The beds are great, the master shower was great (the two year old even loved it!). We also appreciated the labels on all the switches making it very easy to know which switch went to what. The pool was amazing and the lanai area was beautiful and very relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Cape Coral location

Don is on top of everything..just ask! The house is located about 25 mins south of Punta Gorda airport. Located off Chiquita Boulevard in Cape Coral..great location for shopping,dining,beaches etc. The house is like new inside and out..a stunning remodel for sure. If you vacation or reside in Florida, you will appreciate the ceramic tiling throughout the property. Nicely appointed kitchen with plenty of tableware, gadgets, appliances and pantry storage. Large island with bar seating and a table with 6 chairs adjacent to the kitchen. The bedrooms are nice sized and all beds have adjustable bases for incline. Each bedroom has its own tv plus a 70" tv in the living room, which has seating to accomodate 7-8 people. Washer and dryer are located next to the garage and are new top loaders, and a utility sink beside them for rinsing beach clothes before doing laundry. The patio and lanai area is very nice, and the pool was wonderful. We never found the control for the pool heater, but it didn't need adjusted for our liking. Chairs, chaises, ceiling fan and gas grill all on the patio area. The back yard is fenced in with 6ft vinyl privacy fence, so you really have privacy. Very well thought out and organized property.
