Located just steps from the coveted Cape Harbour and minutes to open water, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home offers over 2,300 sq ft of beautifully designed living spaceâperfect for family vacations or getaways with friends.Â
Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly blends modern elegance with cozy comfort. With two separate living areas, both featuring Smart TVs, thereâs plenty of room for everyone to relax, stream their favorite shows, or enjoy meaningful time together. The home's tasteful dĂ©cor and thoughtful layout ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 8 guests.Â
The chefâs kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and designed for effortless entertainment. Whether you're preparing meals or simply enjoying a glass of wine, the open layout keeps you connected to the action.Â
The master suite offers a true retreat, complete with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the screened-in lanaiâperfect for quiet mornings or a private evening unwind. Three additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, including another King, a queen bed and one with twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.Â
Outside, your private lanai awaits! Take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the outdoor grill, or dine at the outdoor dining table while enjoying the canal views and large flat-screen outdoor TV. It's an entertainerâs dream and the perfect spot to create lasting memories.Â
Pool Heating: Please note the maximum temperature setting is 88°F to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim. Pool heating is managed remotely. Pool heating is an added feature for $10 per day and must be requested prior to arrival Temperatures of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool equipment for heating does not run 24/7.
Property Essentials â we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.
Electricity Use - Home comes with a weekly power allotment of $75. Any power use over that amount will be charged to the guest in the amount of $0.20 per kilowatt. Guests who opt in for pool heating will not be negatively impacted.
Pet-friendly for up to two non-aggressive, non-shedding dogs (max 35 lbs each) with prior approval and a pet feeâsorry, no cats.Â
