Nice to have a house big enough for my family. My son said it was the best trip ever - 1st time not sleeping on a couch. The spa setting on the pool was incredible. Nothing like a nice warm soak with the whole family after the evening chill sets in after a day at the beach or a state park. We had an amazing stay.

Family vacation 2022

Overall our experience was great! The house was beautiful and provided several amenities from basic cookware to pool floats and toys. Being able to park in a garage was very nice in the summer heat and it gave an added sense of security. Both the inside and outdoor patio are set up for spending time together. The property manager was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or concerns. We played many games of pool, snuggled up for movies at night and of course we couldn’t get enough of the heated pool! Some other take aways: The bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm, while the mattresses on the bunk beds had very little to no padding at all. We are fan people and there were no fans in any bedroom which made sleeping more difficult. The house has so many light switches and it was very confusing at times (Yes, I do know how nit-picky this sounds). All of this being said, we still thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to come back again. 😊

Cape Coral Holidays

We spent some wonderful days with two of our children and friends, the house is beautiful, it had everything we need to spend an excellent stay. The only drawback for me was at bedtime that the mattress was very hard, but many people like it that way. There are many places to visit in Cape Coral, very beautiful. Wishing that this beautiful vacation is repeated again.

We traveled with our family and young kids. The home was large and had everything we needed. If we needed something the property manager was great to get it for us. It’s a nice central location to everything within an hour. We would highly come back.

Book This House!!

This was a great property with amazing managers who left a cell phone number over a holiday week / weekend in case anything came up. The house was laid out perfectly for our family (2 adults & 3 kids, plus 2 grandparents) and the fenced in yard was a massive bonus for our service dog. The fire pit was utilized, the heated pool was enjoyed and our getaway went off without a hitch. The kitchen was the best stocked of all the houses we’ve stayed in (in terms of supplies).
