As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your blue sparkling pool with a hot tub on the corner facing the canal with its south eastern facing exposure.
This home offers tons of space, 2-bedroom suites with patio access and en-suite bathrooms, the oversize pool area offers lounge area, sitting area, outdoor TV, fireplace, dining setting and amazing tropical views. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Morning Glory features beautiful modern décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two twin beds and a designated office all set up with a split floor plan.
Two of the bedrooms have their private En -suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third bedroom has a hallway bathroom and the office is located by the front of the home for privacy.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing on the sun ledge.
The home has an outdoor kitchen (pls. note built in BBQ is not available to our guests) with a separate rollaway/standalone BBQ.
