Lovely Canal Home in SW Cape with heated pool, game room, and a tiki on the dock

This beautiful canal home located just over the bridge in SW Cape is available for your Florida vacation! Complete with everything you can want or need, you will be sure to be entertained and comfortable during your stay. The house features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened lanai with ample seating and an awesome game room for "kids" of all ages!

The house layout is as follows:

You will enter the house into a huge game room. The game room features a deluxe game console with over 3000 games, a pinball machine, pool table, 2 lounge chairs and a bar table with chairs. It opens directly to the outdoor lanai and pool area and provides gorgeous pool and canal views.

The outdoor space is amazingly comfortable, the pool was recently redone with fresh floor, tile and coping. Also newly added is the very popular tiki on the dock, it easily seats many people and has a ceiling fan and lights. It is an excellent spot for morning coffee, a good book, or perhaps a scotch and stogie to finish your day in paradise in style. Grab some frozen squid and catch some fish on the dock. Almost always some catfish around, but also speckled trout, snook, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, spadefish, even sharks! If that still isn't close enough to the action, there are 2 kayaks onsite that you can use to get on the water as well, only 2 blocks to the river, if you dare, otherwise just enjoy the nearby canals.

Off one side of the game room are the two "master" king bedrooms. One king bedroom has both poolside and canal views, and an attached bathroom. It has triple pocket sliders that open up to the pool, ceiling fan, and smart TV.

The second master bedroom has a semi-private bathroom just outside the room. This room also has a ceiling fan and smart TV.

From the other side of the game room you will enter the main living area. The open floor plan features a massive and well-appointed kitchen with generous center island, dining table that seats 6, and sectional sleeper sofa. This area opens up to the canal and provides serene views of the sparkling pool and canal. There is a grill available for outdoor cooking as well.

Hidden behind the kitchen is the 3rd bedroom, it possesses a queen bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and a beautiful view of the front garden.

Past the living area is a hallway that leads to two more bedrooms one with a queen trundle bed (sleeps 3), and one with a twin over queen bunk bed (sleeps 3). There is a third bathroom in the hallway outside of these bedrooms.
