This is a great home for a family get-away or a couples retreat. Everything that you need to relax and enjoy.
Spend your days relaxing in this beautiful full southern exposure pool, with outdoor shower and your nights lounging on the spacious lanai that runs the length of the house. Perfect spot to grill out or play some board games (monopoly and Clue provided). Very private backyard and pool area in quiet neighborhood.
Prime location just minutes from downtown Cape Coral where you'll find restaurants, shops and nightlife. Captiva and Sanibel Island are just a short distance and the Gulf of Mexico is practically in your backyard. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided.
This 3 bedroom split floor plan boasts spacious bedrooms and allows privacy for all guests. The master bathroom has been updated and guests will enjoy a beautiful walk in shower along with fun barn doors for the master closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin size beds.
The great room/kitchen has a very open concept where you can enjoy a quick meal at the breakfast bar or a nice dinner at the large dining table that seats 6 very comfortably. There is also a big screen TV that you can watch your favorite shows or enjoy a family movie night in both the family room and master bedroom. The wall of pocketing sliders looking out over the pool allows you to instantly expand your entertaining area. This home boasts great outdoor living space with a grill for a perfect night enjoying the warm FL temperatures.

When we arrived we found the house was immaculately clean. The cleaning supervisor came right after we arrived and double checked the cleaning. Maureen the owner let us know she was coming in advance. Maureen handled any issues promptly and was easy to contact. I would recommend this home

Accurate listing, clean home, warm pool

We enjoyed our stay at this home with our 3 young kids. We used the beach toys and pool towels daily, also a beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have. The home was clean, kitchen had enough for basic cooking through out the week. Pool area is nice and private and pool heated well to 85 daily for our kids to enjoy with mid 70’s temp outside.In the area we explored fellowship park/splash pad, Sanibel’s bowmen beach, and Bonita beach. Our favorite restaurant was The Greek Spot for chicken gyros. Also liked Nice Guys pizza and Iquana Mia’s. Owner was quick to respond, check in and checkout were easy. We would stay in this home again.

Wonderful Property

The house was very nice. It had everything we needed. I would have liked another TV in the bedroom for the kids to watch, but overall it was perfect. The pool area is great for the kids and guests to relax and enjoy while under the shade with ceiling fans. The owner was very quick in all communication. I would definitely rent this property again.

Cape Coral relaxation

This property was great. It had a heated pool and lots of room. It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the home owners were very pleasant. Their neighbors across the street had burrowing owls which was an extra treat. We would rent here again

Our Home Away from Home!

We really felt at home during our stay in January, from the easy check-in process to the cleanliness and convenience of everything and anything we needed or wanted to enjoy our stay. This property is convenient to most everything in Cape Coral, we even joked that no matter where we were going, it was "only a couple of miles" from the house! I enjoyed swimming in the pool and we relaxed on the rear patio most evenings. I would highly recommend this "home away from home" to anyone vacationing in Cape Coral!

Exactly what we look for

We like to golf and then relax in a spacious, clean space with a pool and private back yard. That’s exactly what we got. Everything we needed to do our own cooking. Conveniently located. Owner was super pleasant and no issues with the place. Would love to stay here again!

We were in the area for our sons wedding and this house worked perfectly. Location was great! We had our infant grandson with us and the split bedroom floor plan worked perfectly for all of us. We would recommend this property. One perk was watching the baby owls across the street!!

Amazing house

This house was so beautiful and clean the owner made sure we had a list of local restraunts which did not let down and let us know what beaches were open before we even arrived this was the best rental we have ever had i honestly can not think of one complaint except the house was so beautiful it made my wife hate ours 😂 😂 😂 if your looking at this rental i promise it will go beyond your expectations

Very nice stay!

The house is exactly as described and all the pictures are real. It was cleaned exceptional well and you have all stuff you need for a nice and relaxing stay. Fully stuffed kitchen, beach chair, beach umbrella and things for the kids to play with. The pool is also nice and the kids enjoyed it. The only thing which could be improved would be an update of the pool and the pool area. We would book it again in the future.

Flew in to visit my aunt in the nursing home. This was a perfect house to relax and enjoy the feel of home . Very clean and host was great with communication and making sure all was good. Quiet neighborhood and house provided a lot of privacy at the pool. Beautiful back yard. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect property

Location, location, location! A perfect home that was clean, well stocked, comfortable and in a central location for our exploring the area. The pool was fabulous and having a garage was a huge plus! The neighborhood was quiet and we rented and rode bikes along the Cape Coral bike paths located in the neighborhood. Very good communication with the owner-we had car problems on the way down and it pushed our stay back a day. Owner was very accomidating!! We will certainly be back!

Lovely Private Home

This lovely home was tastefully decorated and well equipped and located in a very nice neighbourhood. The house is split with the master BR on one side with the other two BR's on the other side of the main living area. We especially enjoyed the lanai and heated pool which were very private and quiet. The house is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and accommodating regarding any questions or needs we had. Unfortunately the beach was still recovering from Ian. We look forward to visiting the beach when we return next year.
