Elegant Modern Home on Salt Water Canal w/ Heated Pool

Spacious, elegant rooms await you in this aptly named vacation home in the west of Cape Coral. But the Villa White Pearl is not just an eye-catcher. It also offers enough space for groups of up to 6 guests.
In the center of the house, you will find the large living area with sofas, tables and a flat-screen TV in HD quality. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with oven and microwave, a large refrigerator with ice dispenser, coffee machine, toaster and blender. When it comes to meals with your whole family, the choice is yours: Either take a seat at the dining table next to the kitchen, or dine in the roofed lanai with views of the canal.
The lanai features a large pool with electric heating. Children can splash around in the shallow area, and parents will love to hear that the pool can be fenced. In the evening, the pool area is beautifully illuminated – perfect for a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi. And if you want to have a barbecue, you are welcome to use the gas grill in the pool area.
A good night's sleep is guaranteed in the Villa White Pearl: In total, there are 3 bedrooms. 2 are equipped with king-size beds, while the third one features a queen-size bed. For your convenience, every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a flat-screen TV.
More amenities include a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a double garage and fast internet, as well as sun beds and umbrellas.
Thanks to a modern boat dock with lift, you can start your trip to the beach directly from the house. The Villa White Pearl is located at the saltwater canal connecting Cape Coral to the Gulf of Mexico. This way, no floodgates stand between you and scenic destinations like Fort Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel Island.
The Villa White Pearl also amazes with its quiet surroundings near the Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve. However, this does not mean that you have to drive long to go shopping and dining. By car, it only takes 10 minutes to reach the nearest Walmart, as well as the shopping center Camelot Isles with its Publix supermarket and international restaurants.

Wonderful location and property

We loved our stay at the White Pearl. Loved the location and the panoramic screens on the lanai. Everything was organized and clean. We are definitely coming back next year to this house. Best house we had in the last five years! Sylvie was very responsive!

Great Getaway

The property was as advertised. It was even nicer than the pictures showed. The open concept to the lanai and the pool was our favorite. Only one complaint, they want you to keep the property clean but do not provide any cleaning supplies. We feel after spending thousands of dollars, we should not have to pay for cleaning supplies. If you want people to take care of your property, you need to provide them with the basics to keep the house clean.

Awful Experience — Live Roaches in Home

This is the second time my family and I have rented and stayed in this property. We returned because of the amenities it offered, but unfortunately this time the house was not in a safe or clean state. We came into wet towels, unwashed bedding, and found live cockroaches crawling around the kitchen. We informed the property manager of the situation after finding cockroaches crawling around the dishwasher, and their general managers response was that this is normal and we would need to wait for them to come and inspect the property the next day. He added that no matter the outcome of the inspection, he promised that they would do nothing for us in terms of finding another safer place to stay or provide any form of a refund. We sent them multiple photos and even a video showing the roaches crawling on the dishwasher. There were roach droppings in the silverware drawer — just so gross. There was also a pungent musty smell in the laundry room, broken window in the bathroom, and water damage on the wall in the shower. There was drywall damage and so much wear and tear on the walls everywhere — they do not take care of this home like they did when I stayed the first time. This home may look good in the photos, but it is so beyond unsanitary in person. Unless you want to deal with the nightmare of rebooking another home at 10pm and the property manager’s heartless, awful customer service throughout your whole vacation and beyond, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Dream home and vacation!!!

This home looked amazing in pictures but it is even better yet in person!!! We were blown away from the minute we drove up! We enjoyed our time at the property SO much!!! My husband and I along with our two teenagers stayed there. We each had our own room and bathroom. The layout, decor, supplies, and look of the home was great!! The best part though was the huge perfectly designed infinity pool and hot tub in the screened in area with the huge lanai!! It has lots of places to sit and enjoy Florida!! The palm trees were beautiful, one of our favorite things too! Our son caught a few fish off the dock by the canal. Location was good too! Cape Coral was fun! We also were close to and drove to a few different beaches. Long story short we highly recommend this place!! We plan to stay here again!!! Memories were made and a great time was had!!! It was hard to leave!!! Miss it already too!! Thank you!!!! đŸ€—

Great pool house

Home was well equipped with minimalist design and decor. Kitchen fully stocked with flatware, cookware, plates, etc. Nice pool area, quiet location. Southern exposure with sun all day. Plenty of towels for baths and pool area. Great for families, would return to this home. Only issues were the TV on patio didn’t work and no bathroom near the pool.

Great home but some issues

Overall we had a great stay, and the house is lovely. However, there were a few things to note. The lanai was damaged from the hurricane, but there was no indication of this at timing of booking or in any followup communications. It wasn’t until we arrived that we found plastic orange fencing around the entire back yard and holes in the ceiling of the lanai. We chose this property as we loved its ability to open the patio doors to the lanai as shown in the pictures. Also, we paid the additional fee to heat the pool/spa. And although we followed the property manager’s instructions for running the heater, the instructions were not correct and we were not able to use the spa the first day and we were not able to use the pool for 24 hours in the middle of the trip due to algae buildup. We were told we would get a credit for those days, but have yet to get any followup or credit.

Amazing rental!

We absolutely loved our time at this rental property! The pool and patio were amazing. The property management staff was very attentive and helped explain how to use the lights and heat when we checked in. Could not have asked for a better stay and look forward to coming back in the future!
