Welcome to El Dorado Escape, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in the heart of Cape Coral! This stunning home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and Florida charm. Featuring a private heated pool, spacious screened lanai, and lush tropical landscaping. Just a short drive from beaches, dining, and local attractions.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Featuring gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar with Keurig duo, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is a formal dining area with seating for eight with views of the pool while dining.
Living Room
The bright and spacious living room features high ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light. There is a large plush sectional and mounted flat screen TV. Off of the living room is an office space, perfect for getting some work done before getting back to relaxation! There are sliding glass doors that open to the screened in lanai!
Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors for direct access to the lanai. There is an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink and a large walk-in, tiled shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and nightstand.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features an adult rated queen over queen bunk bed, floor length mirror, and nightstand.
Outside
Unwind in your own private outdoor oasis, featuring a screened-in lanai with a heated pool and water feature. Enjoy dining at the spacious table with seating for eight, enjoy meals on the gas grill, or relax in
the cozy seating area around the gas fire table. There is a corn hole game for some friendly competition or head over to the garage where you will find a ping pong table and two cruiser bikes.
Electricity is metered. $6/day included. Overage charged at $2.53 per kWh. By booking, guest agrees to this policy.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

âą You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
