Cozy home with gulf access & heated pool

Bright and airy home with 3 bedrooms, all with water views! Sliding and French doors open right up onto spacious lanai- which is fully equipped with a blackstone grill, gas fireplace, pool toys, dining and lounge area. Open (fully loaded) kitchen with all stainless appliances - attached dining room for easy entertaining. Family room and living room both have smart TVs, as does master bedroom. We love kids! Feel free to use our sand toys, books/toys, high chair, pack n play etc. GULF access, bring your boat/ jet ski/ kayak. Garage access to beach chairs, kids bikes, strollers. Tons of beach and pool towels, bath towels, etc. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you may need- blender, toaster, microwave
 plenty of place settings, cups- kids silverware and plates/cups too. Gas fireplace out on lanai. 2 reclining chairs down at the dock for tanning/fishing- whatever you like to do! Books and magazines around house for those who love to read. Binder full of local recommendations!

Perfect spot for family

Andrea was a great host and super accommodating communicative. She bought a crock pot and had it sent to the house when I asked and she didn't have one and beach towels when she knew there wasn't enough for our big family. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need, even several fishing poles! My son and husband caught several different types of fish from the dock and we even saw manatees. I appreciated we didn't have to pay to heat the pool because it was cool a couple days. Overall we felt very comfortable and at home and loved the layout. Great house, very clean and nicely decorated. We would absolutely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Cape Coral house

The house was great. The pool was awesome and the owner turned the heater on it all day so the water would heat up. The owner communicated in a very timely manner to address any of our concerns. We had a great time staying there and would recommend this house to rent. If we come back here again I will see if it is available to rent and book it.

Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated home with a gorgeous backyard oasis

We were very surprised by the amount of space inside this home. It's larger than pictures convey. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The house layout was perfect, providing our 2 teenage girls with their own wing of the house that included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and direct access to the pool area. We have nothing negative to say about this beautiful home, book it quick before it's gone!

Nothing short of amazing

In short: we loved every second of our stay at Andrea’s place! The long version: I never enjoy showing up to a place I’ve never been to in the dark, but with our flight landing at 7pm we had no choice. Albeit arriving later in the evening, i felt comfortable, as if we were arriving home, as soon as we stepped foot inside. Andrea’s home is nicely decorated, comfortable beds, couches, and chairs. AND the most relaxing view! 4 adults and 2 kids didn’t feel cramped with a big lanai/pool area, good sized kitchen, and two living spaces. The master king bed and room were spacious despite having our baby in the pack n play (provided in the home). There were plenty of toys to keep a 3&1 yr old occupied that is stored in the garage for use. I couldn’t recommend her home more to families looking to stay somewhere with everything they need for their kids. We enjoyed walks every morning and night in the neighborhood with the friendliest neighbors. Andrea was always prompt and thorough with her responses. Her husband’s number is also given if she is ever unavailable. I can’t say enough good things about our week long stay that I wish we were able to stay another 7 days! We are already planning our trip back.

Rain, but delightful!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It rained for half of our stay, but that did not completely dampen our trip. The pool was beautiful but was only used a bit on our first night. Afterwards the weather kept us inside. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for any needs. The grill and the fire pit went unused also due to chilly wet weather. We will definitely use this beautiful VRBO again the next time we’re in Florida and hope for better weather.

Perfect vacation spot!

Everything was great! The communication from the host was awesome! There was a little issue with the pool heater the day before i was supposed to check in and they messaged me right away about it and gave me the opportunity find something else. They also got someone out right away to fix it and it was fixed that night. As far as the house......it was beautiful and soo clean! It had everything you would need in the kitchen and throughout the house. Blankets towels and extras if you need. Every door leads to the beautiful pool and gorgeous back area near the canal. Great location too. Close to soo much stuff. We were able to get to everything quickly. Overall fantastic place to stay and great people to rent from! They seem like a wonderful family who really care about your trip being great. I will be staying again!

Thoroughly Enjoyable House, Great Hosts

The house was in great shape and very enjoyable. Everything was top notch - down to the bath towels. The bath towels are what you would expect from a 5-star hotel (but what you never actually get from one!) - super soft! There were 4 adults and 3 kids, and we all had a blast. We took Andrea’s suggestions for places to go and couldn’t have been happier; close to the beach and other entertainment. Andrea’s communication was great; there was an issue with their cleaners after we left (not our fault), and she took care of it without difficulty.

Wonderful girls vacation

The property was awesome. The house was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the lanai and pool but spent a lot of time on the canal, just steps away from the pool. It’s beautiful there day and night. We had one cold day but the weather was excellent overall. Loved that the cabinets were labeled which made working in the kitchen much easier. We would definitely go back.
