The main living area has an amazing open floor plan with 3 spacious bedrooms (1 king & 2 queens) all containing their own flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. There is also a den/office space that sleeps an additional two on a queen blow-up mattress. The Master bedroom has a large walk-around rain shower, huge tub and double sinks. The guest bath has a shower and tub combo and is located in between the second and third bedrooms. The third bathroom is outside connected to the patio giving it easy access if you're in the pool.

The glass multi slide patio doors open up to a beautiful screened-in lanai area where you can relax in the amazing heated pool overlooking the canal. There is a large gas grill and a charcoal smoker egg in the patio area for you grilling needs. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar that seats 6. The private dock is available for your use.

This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood located about 10 to 15 minutes from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers.

The house is equipped with a ring doorbell that video/audio records movement at the front door. There are security cameras located on the outside of the house/property. The video camera in the pool area is turned off and the owner does not have the ability to view or record this area while guests are staying at the house.
