Beautiful home with beautiful views. Made a great week getaway with my wife and kids, mother, brother and his wife and kids. Had an amazing time. Would come back, kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock.

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!

Supreme setup

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

Tiki Dream

We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

Perfect family vacation home!

This home had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! From the location with gorgeous tiki hut on the dock to the ping pong table and basketball hoop, this property made out vacation memorable. Beautiful property and house

This house and property were impeccable! The location was excellent-plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. We loved that during down time we could sit under the tiki hut and watch the boats go by! At night, when it got a bit cooler we sat on the lanai by the pool and enjoyed the fire pit and played ping pong. We spent 90% of out time outdoors and this outdoor furniture was all very comfortable. We would rent this house again!

Fantastic stay

What a great property! The pool with ping-pong table on the side was the perfect combo. There were lots of extra tubes and pool toys to enjoy. The tiki hut on the water was the best place to enjoy a nice meal or relax. Michael was a wonderful host and we kept good communication throughout the trip. He recommended some great places to eat and immediately responded to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the new renovations were amazing!

Yet another great stay

This is our second stay at the tiki on the water. Another great stay. The house is so comfortable. Great pool area. The tiki on the dock is where I spent most of my time with a fishing pole in my hand. It was so hot this time around but the shark were still biting hard. Caught several small bull sharks. Of course a quick release. The pool was such a great way to beat the heat. The house has everything you could need. We have loved the house on both of our stays. It is located so close to so many great restaurants and shops.

Beautiful!

The house was AMAZING! It was very clean and just an overall beautiful home! The pics do it no justice. The view was breath taking. We spotted a few dolphins and my daughter and her boyfriend seen a manatee while out kayaking. The property manager was very nice and informative. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us to see how our stay was going. Thank you so much for a wonderful 10 days!

Beautiful!!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

Fabulous Tiki-Hut-on-the-Water exceeds expectations!

Absolutely beautiful villa, super clean and very comfortable with everything we could want. We very much enjoyed the pool, kayaks, Fire pit and table tennis. The outside decking area was splendid. We kayaked with 4 dolphins swimming nearby on our last morning out of the canal area. Amazing. The only small negatives were that the bikes hadn’t been well maintained and one of the kayak seats was broken. The local burrowing owls were a treat to see. We enjoyed the shopping, wildlife and eateries near by. We loved the area and enjoyed mini golf, batting cages, swimming in the lovely warm Gulf of Mexico and the wildlife refuges where we saw manatees relaxing in their natural environment. What a magnificent place. Thank you for our stay in this stunning villa.

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

Great family vacation

The Tiki on the water house was exactly as advertised, maybe nicer. Our family 5 adults and 2 grandkids 2 and 4 had a great vacation. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, although we didn’t spend much time inside. Outside was fantastic. The screened in pool area with a beautifully maintained pool, nice outdoor furniture, ping pong table, music system, and flat screen television Was the place we spent most of the time. The dock with the Tiki bar was the 2nd. The kids loved fishing. We also saw a dolphin and sea turtle a few times. Took day trips to Fort Myers’s, and Sanibel Island still needs work after the Hurricane but beaches were not as crowded, (also had dolphins come right up to the beach on Sanibel). Restaurants in area were good as were the suggestions from the renter. Would definitely recommend and may return again. We like to try different locations but this is worth another trip.
