We had a great week in Cape Coral! Everything was cleaned, the heater on the pool was a little tricky to heat the pool. Also would recommend a little grill. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful home and great location

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our family vacation. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to shopping, eating, and the beach. The kids fished in the canal and we rented a boat to take out further. Very short distance to get out of the canals and into the open water. The house had all the comforts of home and was really great. For the pool/spa, to the pool table and bikes, our family was entertained while we were at the house.

Family Spring Break

We have been traveling to Florida for spring break for over ten years. This hands down was our best one yet!! The home was immaculate when we arrived, everything worked properly including pool and spa! We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The bikes were a wonderful added bonus which was great for morning bike rides to the beach. The weather was perfect we wished we could have stayed for two weeks!! ;-)

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

The house was exactly as it was described. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and an infant and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals and serve snacks. Our teenage boys loved fishing in the canal and caught quite a few different species of fish. The pool area and spa were clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and anyone we interacted with were friendly and willing to answer questions we had about the area. I can't say enough about how much my family and I enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back whenever we can.

WONDERFUL

Absolutely beautiful property. Nice and close to Yacht Club Beach. We enjoyed taking the bikes to the beach and watching the sunset there. The pool and hot tub were a great place for relaxing. The house has obviously been remodeled in the last little bit and so all the finishes, appliances and furniture is new. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need. Lots of nice new towels, enough for everyone in our party of 8. Very happy with this house and the owners. Had an issue with the garage door opener and the owner was able to get it fixed within hours. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Awesome Place

This property is amazing!!! My wife and I with our 11 and 12 year old children chose to head to Cape Coral area and this house did not disappoint. Upon arrival my two kids were asking if we could stay here again next year lol. Each bedroom had a flat screen tv hanging on the wall which they loved at night. The house was so clean it almost felt like we were in a model home. There was plenty to do just at the house from the pool, to fishing in the canal, to playing pool on what appeared to be a brand new pool table, AND its right around the corner to Sanibel beach with tons of authentic pizza places on every corner. This place was amazing. We will probably be back next year and rent the same place. If you are looking for a place to stay in the South Florida area this is it. I highly reccomend!
