Our property manager stops by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any of your questions.

You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code which we will send you a week prior to your arrival.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral, however, close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just a mile down the road and some beautiful parks with playgrounds for the kids, or just to walk, kayak, or to play pickleball are also only a few minutes away by car.


A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

This property has it all. A wonderful heated pool to swim and play, a great lanai with lots of seating and a big TV to relax or watch your favorite shows, a grill to prepare some delicious BBQ dinners, kayaks to explore our mile long canals, fishing poles to catch some fish for dinner, and a pool table for some fun evenings.

The huge kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite dishes and to entertain your family and friends.

The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, and a huge en-suite bathroom.

The guest suite is equipped with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a nice walk-in shower is attached.

The big second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin over a full size bunk bed as well as an additional twin size bed. Another full bathroom is just across the hallway.

There is a TV in the living room, in each bedroom, and on the lanai.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 85 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
