Important Information:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• No pets allowed.
• For security purposes, one camera facing the street and one camera facing the boat dock are installed. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
