Welcome to your beach oasis in the charming beachfront town of Cape Charles, Virginia! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is the perfect destination for those seeking coastal tranquility. With a spacious porch overlooking the park and a few blocks to the Chesapeake Bay, you'll experience the epitome of beach living in this charming town.

The Space:
Bedrooms: Our three cozy bedrooms feature comfortable bedding to ensure restful nights.
Featuring 3 rooms 2 with king beds and one with a queen.
Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms offer convenience for guests. Fresh linens and toiletries are provided.
Porch: The highlight of our home is the expansive porch, where you can savor morning coffee or toast to unforgettable sunsets. It's the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation.

Guest Access
As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, including the spacious porch, yard, and beachfront access. Although some beach chairs are provided, feel free to bring your beach chairs and umbrellas to make the most of your time on the shore.

Nice getaway

Nice getaway for small family. Had a great time. Unit had all we needed to cook lunch and dinners. Beds were comfortable and clean. Note this is the smaller unit of the duplex. Other side can be a little loud depending on how many people are staying in the other unit. Backyard had plenty of room to park my boat and truck. Overall, highly recommend this place and would stay there again!

Great place for a vacation

This was our first VRBO experience and we enjoyed our stay! Keyless entry was so convenient. The unit was plenty of space for our family of three - if we had been a group of six adults the indoor living room space would have been snug. The driveway is on the other side of the duplex so the off-street parking for this unit is really in the back off the alley; however, we never had a problem finding parking on the street right out front. Loved having some plastic "kid" dishes, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The beach chairs and especially the umbrella were great amenities since it was a week with record-breaking heat. We had planned to walk to the beach but ultimately found that it was a little too far for us with a small child and all our gear. But it's a quick drive by car or golf cart and there was plenty of free parking near the beach. Overall we found the property to be clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, and would stay here again.

Lovely, but no quiet hours enforcement

This home was superbly clean, beautiful, and mostly accurately described. The only thing omitted is the fact that the other side of the duplex includes the entire 3rd floor and is 6 bedrooms. Being a private residence, there is no enforcement of quiet hours (like as in staying in a hotel or campground). A group of over 20 was staying in that side of the house during our weekend, and was akin to a frat party. Other than that, the home and amenities were great!

Great rental for our family vacation

We had watched the.renovation on this property from a distance during other trips to Cape Charles. This rental turned out beautifully. My fave kind: clean, simple, funtional with comfy beds and a great porch for relaxing.

Historical Home with Modern Conveniences

This beautiful home has been restored perfectly. Modern conveniences along with the original charm. We loved the huge open kitchen and dining area and the large windows. This home has an amazing porch and I’m sure we would have enjoyed that as well, but the weekend went by too quickly. The host checked in each day to make sure we were happy. Glad we grabbed this amazing home to rent
,.the “no cleaning fee” got our attention, so glad it did:)

Great place for Family

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. The unit was very spacious and nicely updated. We have been going to Cape Charles for the past 5 years and this has been the best rental we have stayed in by far. Looking forward to coming back next year.
