Wonderful!

We loved the property. The main things for us were the pool, easy access to the beach, the view from our balcony, and the cleanliness of our unit. We also love the location-close to activities, shopping, Jetty Park and getting to see the cruise ships go out, and close to the highway to get to Orlando.. It was also a great location for watching the rockets go up. One time during our stay, I needed to contact the host, and she responded very quickly and was happy to help me. I really appreciated that. We have stayed at other properties in the area and my family would say that this has been their favorite.

Centrally located condo with stunning sun rises

The property manager was amazing to work with and gave us check in and check out instructions well in advance. The property was just as depicted in the VRBO site. The first morning there the sunrise was amazing. Walks on the beach were amazing, we walked for an hour and a half one morning on the beach. The entire property and grounds were well maintained. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot. The entire condo was tastefully decorated and felt like home. The balcony was very large and had a table and four chairs overlooking the pool and beach area. There were several businesses, including restaurants and shopping that were within walking distance of the condo. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling in the area and would return. One negative is that there was very limited shade. There were several beach umbrellas in our condo unit however it was very windy. Most days that we were there in an umbrella was difficult to get up. The condo also uses grocery carts rather than luggage carts to take your luggage to your unit. This makes it very difficult for heavy luggage to get into a grocery cart rather than a flat luggage cart.

The room, view, communications were all excellent. They have been having serious elevator issues. 1 of the two elevators is out completely as it is being upgraded. Murphys law is in full effect as elevator 2 stops on floor 3 all the time for no reason. It usually works, but slow and pretty sketchy. The key system is antiquated. I would stay again once elevators and keys are modernized.

Lovely beach views. Great location.

I’ve really been struggling with writing this review because, while we had a great vacation, there are definitely some issues with the condo I would’ve wanted to know about before booking. First, all of the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. We all woke up with back pain every single day, even the little kids. While having a washer and dryer is very convenient, the dryer actually vents into the room, making the master bedroom uncomfortably warm and humid. Not to mention, they were very loud. There was only one working elevator for the entire building. This resulted in long waits for the elevator. Taking the stairs wasn’t really an option for us as the condo is on the 8th floor and we have a blind dog and a special needs child. The lady from the rental company (Kelsey) was phenomenal and very responsive to all of my questions and emails. Upon arrival we noticed that one of the boogie boards was broken and let her know. She had a new one out to us within a couple of hours. The very next day, the other boogie board broke while playing in the ocean. I emailed to ask her where I could buy one to replace it and she told me not to worry and had someone bring a replacement. We would not rule out another stay in the building entirely if a different unit had better beds and the dryer did not vent into the room. The property itself is very nice and we had great oceans views. Sitting on the balcony and listening to and watching the waves is very relaxing and a great way to end the day.

What I expected. Had everything we needed. Only things that can be improved were better cleanliness of area carpet in family room and a dryer that is vented to outside. Our dryer vented in room causing it to be warm and humid. Overall nice place; I would stay at again.

Relaxing week getaway!

My wife and I had a great time! Beautiful area! Great condo, very clean! Fully equipped kitchen! Big balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean! Walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores (Publix). Nice secluded, beautiful beach! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the beach. Was nice that the beach itself was more relaxed and not so touristy. Had beach chairs and equipment to use. Umbrella was broken.:( Wish there were ceiling fans as I prefer them over air conditioning at night. Overall all...very nice place! Modern feel with the furniture and decor. Would stay there again. Canaveral Towers beach week

So clean and orderly! EXTREMELY hot week, so if you're used to having ceiling fans to help the indoor temps, there isn't one in either bedroom or the living area. The only true negative: it's way too hot for microfiber sheets! The property is lovely and sunrise runs on the beach to the Pier each morning Blessed my day...EVERY day.

Beautiful property

The view from the balcony alone was literal perfection. The condo was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated and had many things to accommodate our needs. The washer and dryer was super handy as it allowed us to pack less items to bring. Everything on the property, including the elevator, requires the room key, which while it was kind of a pain, it was super comforting knowing the level of safety involved in staying there. The beach was beautiful and clean and not crowded. The pool was spacious and spotless (literally could watch them clean it daily from the balcony). There were plenty of beach items to use, as well as towels and an unbrella, though the one piece of the umbrella pole seems to have been broken by a previous renter and the bottom piece of the pole was unable to be put together, but it did not render it unable to be used. Overall, it was an incredible place. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful beach, nice complex and room (we found everything as advertised), peaceful and relaxing kind of a vacation. The apartment decor is charming. Since we flew in, it was very convenient to find the beach chairs and the umbrella provided.

Just what our family needed after a long year and Indiana winter. Honestly probably the best view we have ever had on vacation and you couldn’t get any closer to the beach! The condo was nice, clean and had plenty of room for family of 4. The beach closet was a nice bonus with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, put-put (there is a little green on the property). We left a beach ball and some little sand buckets/shovels for any kids. Kitchen was pretty much stocked with cookware, silverware and dishes. The grounds and pool were very well kept and noticed extra protocols and cleaning of pool area thru the week (most likely from the COVID era) which was nice. The check in process was different but worked just fine. Had to pick up key from a key box about a mile down the road but worked out for us as we arrived late evening. Found the rest of the keys in our unit and returned the checkin key the next day. Everything on the property requires a key. Elevator, pool/beach gates, restrooms by the pool, etc so keep your key with you always. Somewhat of a hassle but worth it for the extra sense of security for actual residents. Really the only thing we didn’t care for much was the interior vent box from the dryer. Ran it not realizing and the unit became very humid but aired out quickly when opening the door and windows. Overall a great relaxing get away!
