We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. Sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property please notify us immediately.

Evacuation requirements

Solid waste pickup and guidelines
Garbage
* Picked up twice a week, either on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
* Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00am
* Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.

Recycling
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM.
*Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
* Items to be recycled include:
* Plastic beverage bottles, soap/detergent containers
*Cardboard food cartons, towel dispenser tubes, paper board food boxes, flattened cardboard boxes
*Glass bottles and jars, no cookware or ceramics
*Paper books, magazines, newspapers, office paper, bags, junk mail

Yard waste
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are green topped (same as the garbage, do not intermingle).
* Bulk waste is only for activities such as tree trimming.

Protection of sea turtle nesting areas
* Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the night time (dusk to dawn).
* For properties next to the beach:
* Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off.
Rear porch lights are to be turned off.
* Nighttime lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach.
* No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach.
* Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach.
* If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure all light sources are extinguished.
* If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call the local Police.
* Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.
