Juste une courte promenade de la plage notre adorable condo d'une chambre est l'endroit Ă  ĂȘtre! Au premier Ă©tage, il peut accueillir quatre personnes, avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Tout de la salle de bain Ă  la cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour. Il y a des chaises de plage et des jouets dans le placard pour en profiter. Amusez-vous avec les jeux et les Ă©nigmes aussi.

L'emplacement est gĂ©nial! Si vous voulez quelque chose d'autre en plus de vous dĂ©tendre sur notre belle plage, vous avez le choix! Vous pouvez assister au lancement de roquettes, vous rendre au Kennedy Space Center, Ă  une heure de parcs thĂ©matiques (Royaume magique, Royaume des animaux, Studios d'Hollywood, Epcot, Universal Studios, Îles de l'aventure, SeaWorld, Aquatica) Ă  Orlando. Port Canaveral est Ă  quelques minutes de la route si vous ĂȘtes en croisiĂšre ou si vous voulez juste regarder les bateaux partir. Vous pouvez louer un bateau pour une aventure de pĂȘche, tenter votre chance sur le bateau du casino Victory ou savourer un repas dans de bons restaurants avec une vue imprenable.

Lack of Plugs in bedroom for c-pap machines, (my wife and I both have one) no Shelves to put them on. Hard for seniors to get in and out of the bed. It’s placed up against the wall and won’t move. Couch is very uncomfortable, TV did not work at first ( had cable people out to fix it). Very hard to watch. No place to hang cloths.Only one towel in kitchen. No anti slip strips in shower, very slippery. Location was very good, easy to get to very nice beach, stores, restaurants. Needed a maintenance man to fix small things like paper towel holder. Had to buy batteries for remote for fan and light. Remote did not work on air conditioner. Not a good place for seniors and parking is difficult when place is full. Well stocked kitchen? no spatula, no cutting board. Parking was at best hardSays it has laundry (it’s about 2 miles away)

Winter get away

We came from Michigan, we are bike riders like to be active so we were able to ride walk and get out on the beach several days per week so kept us active as we like to be. Small but really as much time as we are inside just what we needed.

Close to beach, but...

I only say "but" because I dont want anyone surprised or disappointed. The hosts were wonderful, the apt super clean and stocked and obviously wonderfully close (3 min walk) to beach. But the "but" is because I was little disappointed at lack of natural light allowed into apt QUITE unlike their LR photo suggests. Adjacent building is 18ft away which restricts view and light obviously. Additionally turning on lights inside then detracts from your privacy as the 2 windows are at head height along a walkway. Also be aware that you live among long-term renters and that may create a different vibe than one with short-termers that dont settle in and feel a sense of ownership and privilege. Loud music was occasionally an issue. BUT please know this was a great, small place that is TOTALLY worth the price if you value the convenience to beach over the limited time spent indoors.

Disappointing

Only one AC unit so living room was hot and bedroom cold, and the unit dripped on the bed overnight literally soaking the mattress. We had to leave and book an expensive hotel for the last night. We only got one night’s refund
none of the MANY fees were prorated for refund. The ceiling fan and fan tower were FILTHY! Owners should be embarrassed! There was a sliding screen door that didn’t work and blocked the front door when we tried to use it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and there was only one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for 2 people for 3 nights. The clothesline didn’t work so we had nowhere to dry our bathing suits and towels. Very disappointing accommodations for our beach getaway.

Perfect place for the beach and launches

Really nice place for a week at Cape Canaveral. Only a block and a half to a great wide beach. Watched a rocket launch from the same beach and had a really good view. The place is neat and cute. Has everything you need and close to food and places to play. And close to the cruise port to boot. Definitely will try to use again for my next cruise. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great getaway.

My husband and I stayed at Cape Wind for our 10th Anniversary and were not disappointed. The condo was clean and some of the essentials for beach- going were supplied for us to use as needed. It was great to have the option of a kitchen on the nights we stayed in. You can't beat the location. Though not on the beach, the short walk to the beach was not a problem and allowed for more relaxed beach trips without the worry that we forgot anything. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Property owners are great!

We flew into MCO to stay here a couple days, owner was so sweet answering all my questions so my friends and I felt safe and comfortable! The unit is close to the beach and it only a short uber ride to several local bars and restaurants which made for a fun spring break!

Owner was great to work with; prompt replies to any communication. Rental was just what we needed for the 4 of us as a base. Beach quick walk and lots of amenities within quick driving distance. Recommend if you are coming to the Cape Canaveral area.

Christmas Vacation

Ideal place to stay, cozy and clean in a nice neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a hand towel in which we used one from the bathroom. We would definitely stay again.

Great beach condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. And I might add that a very happy philodendron lives on top of the refrigerator. We missed having cable TV. My mistake was assuming there would be at least basic cable. Hulu and Netflix are nice but we also like some local and national news. We did play a couple of scrabble games instead of watching a movie at night. If you like it dark when you sleep, bring an eye mask. The window blind does not block the outside security light that is on all night. This didn't bother my husband in the least. We were supplied with only a partial roll of toilet paper (surely an oversight). The kitchen was well supplied but would have liked a garbage disposal. Very nice and comphy condo.

Wonderful time...

This was the perfect little getaway just to have a break from how things have been during these last few months. The unit was clean and totally adorable with all of the beach decor that we are a huge fan of! Our daughter absolutely loved having all the toys available to just walk right onto the beach with and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

July 2020 stay

Owner was on top of communication from the beginning. Family loved the place, 1 block away from the beach. Very clean and quiet. Owner went out of her way to help us with a birthday delivery. Nothing but good to say.

You will not be disappointed !!

Andrea was so easy to communicate with-always replying in what seemed like instantly to any messages I sent. The place was exactly as described and shown. It was so clean and inviting. Parking was super easy, WiFi was strong and reliable, her tv comes logged into Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and then there’s roku, sand sling. So many options! It was keyless entry (you use a code) so you could never get locked out and Could arrive whenever. I am bummed I had to travel during covid but I am thrilled to have stayed here and would definitely look at coming again post-pandemic. Thank youuuuu
