Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be open daily after 5-10pm and all day on weekends. This is not guaranteed. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.

This ocean view 1B/2B is decorated in a nautical style and offer endless natural sunlight. This updated condo will make you never want to leave Cape Winds! The quaint cozy unit will set the stage for a perfect beach getaway. Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy a coffee or late night drink on the extended balcony while taking in the great views! Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Great condo!!

We LOVED this condo!! Communication with the host was excellent. The bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the breeze from the ocean. They have the condo set up with so many extras...beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, kitchen items, board games. They have thought of everything. We asked to extend the stay for an extra night so we could see the space shuttle launch. They were able to accomodate this request. The pool is excellent and the grounds were well kept. They have a special key to get to the pool and other commons areas. There are tennis raquets and balls if you want to utilize this on the property. There is some covered parking which was nice with the Florida sun. Laundry is avaliable on site. 1.50 to wash and 1.00 to dry. Highly recommend booking this condo. The 2 bathrooms were very nice. The living room is large enought to have an air mattress if needed.

Perfect Location

Husband and I stayed at the Nautical Nook for a week following a cruise. The condo is minutes from the Avis car rental office and in a convenient location to stores and restaurants by car. Check in was easy and Colin the property manager responded to all questions almost immediately. The condo was spotless and supplied with all the basics. Kitchen supplies were a bit limited but adequate for breakfast and lunch prep. It was great to have the second bathroom. We enjoyed the large pool area as the ocean was quite rough but beach is only a 5 minute walk from the condo and great for sitting or walking. We watched 3 spacex launches from the beach at night
beautiful! I would highly recommend this condo for a couple or 3 people if the third doesn’t mind a sleep sofa. Overall a great week at the Nautical Nook.

Nice and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay at Nautical Nook. It was just me and hubs. The unit is a corner room so it was nice and quiet. It was perfect for a short weekend getaway. The place was clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The location to the beach was great!! I would recommend this place for two people for sure, maybe four, but the sofa bed may not be the most comfy with two people on it. It did smell like paint when we got there, but that tells me the owner is trying to keep up the place to look nice. We became nose blind quickly. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Great getaway centrally located

Such a great place centrally located in cape canaveral. The entrance to the beach was right out side and also had a pool which was great for an evening swim. The location had ample space and even offered a handicapped shower for those in need of one. Highly recommend this location and would stay again when back in cape canaveral.

Great last minute find! Awesome porch!

Originally planned a 40th birthday trip to Charleston SC to see a Stick Figure concert! Hurricane Debbie came through and we had to cancel. Fortunately they did a pop-up concert in Cocoa Beach!! My husband and I had a great time, even stayed an extra night! Thanks for having us :)

This was an amazing stay. Pool and ocean view. My kids went from the ocean to the pool. We were very close to food, restaurants, ocean access, the port, to many to list. The covered parking was nice. Only complaint is that we didn’t have a brook or anything to sweep the sand in our room. We ended up borrowing one from another person. We will be back!

Great location and nicely decorated. We never had any major issues that we had to contact the management but be aware: The unit has a musty smell (almost like it was a pet friendly unit). We thought the smell might go away after a day of turning the AC to lower than 78 degrees. But unfortunately the smell didn’t go away. The place looks nice but many areas are well worn. Like multiple outlets were so loose, that phone chargers would fall out of them. Finishes on faucets, towel bars/hooks were worn off in places. The light in the kitchen when in the off position flashes (noticeable at night from the couch). The furniture on the balcony looked nice. But we never sat on due to the mildew smell. There is a fair amount of light that comes in from around the curtains, if you are wanting a completely dark sleeping bedroom. The pool, hot tub, lounge chairs were nice but the posted rules are not enforced. A large group of people brought their coolers of alcohol daily(just mentioning that in case it bothers you.).

Nice condo on a nice beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was pretty good. The only glitch was lack of internet access for the first few days, but they finally got it fixed. Colin was very easy to work with. We would stay there again

Pros: great location. Friendly people. Quick response to questions. Cons: We had to clean tub in bathroom before using. Sliding door and screen door very difficult to open and close. No handle when we arrived. No handle on toaster. Bedroom did not look like picture. Balcony furniture needs deep cleaning. Beach chairs uncomfortable - had to purchase new umbrella - no umbrella top available.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week here, beautiful weather and beach! Our condo was very clean and had what we needed. The only thing we were alittle disappointed with was no extra blankets in condo and a charcoal grill at complex to use instead of gas. We had a lot of sun and above average temps, a very beautiful week!
