Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be open daily after 5-10pm and all day on weekends. This is not guaranteed. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This ocean front 2B/2B has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out after a day at the beach or ocean side pool. Decorated in a beachy style, this updated condo will make you never want to leave! Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Easy access to the complex pool outside the sliders on the private patio. Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Our group had a great time here, it’s beachy, it’s vibrant, the host was very responsive and helpful & sweet! The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub was amazing, and they provide beach supplies for you, there is a chest on the porch that has a umbrella and chairs, floats and looked like toys too! The washer and dryer were also awesome! Thanks again

Unfortunately there were several issues with our stay. The listing disappeared from vrbo even before we got there, which was a bit disconcerting. (The vrbo host claimed it was temporary due to "upgrading our system".) There was a planned water shutoff that I learned about by seeing a piece of paper taped to a trash can--the host did not tell us about this! If they had, we probably would've stayed somewhere else for those days. There were other issues as well--the dishwasher could not complete a cycle except on one particular setting--it took 5 tries to get the dishwasher to actually complete a cycle! Also, the toilet kept getting stuck with the flap open, and one of the keys didn't work. All in all, not what we were expecting.

The owners were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond. They were hands down the best Ive ever rented from, and we travel alot.The property was clean and there was always parking available. The pool was refreshing and sparkling clean. The walk to the beach was short and painless, lol. There was even a turtle nest roped off at the path opening. We checked every day and night, but unfortunately, never got to see the hatch.The condo was very roomy and had a nice layout. The beds were very comfortable. Not super soft but not super firm. Im more of a softy and they were just fine.We had a fantastic time and hope to stay again many more times!

We had a great stay. Very comfortable for 4 adults and one child. The home was decorated beach theme and had everyhting we needed. The only thing we were missing was an umbrella for the beach but being right on the beach and such a short walk it was ok to come inside for a break. We loved being able to walk to the beach and have pool access as well. Comfortable beds and clean home. We would stay again.

Check-in was very convenient. The location was great. The accomodations we adequate though the cleaniness was an initial concern. Host sent someone to address the issue, so that was good.The location of the room on the ground floor was great for beach access. But the bedroom windows faced exterior hallway walls near elevator, so we were forced to keep shades drawn for privacy. The result is very dark rooms. So a bit disappointed because it was not as bright and airy as one would expect for a "Aloha" type of experience.Wi-Fi was serviceable - but not great connectivity- so if you plan to connect to the workplace, you may need to relocate. Overall, the stay was good, but not necessarily great.

Very nice place

The condo was good. Everything available for your stay. Check-in was easy and communication great. The building itself is a bit loud. The rooms facing the outside corridor have blackout curtains, however the corridor lights are so bright that in one of the rooms the curtains didn’t cut it. Besides that, the pool is nice and super close to the beach. The beach was excellent. Overall good stay.

The location and being close to pool and beach were great. The place was very nice and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend stay and wpuld definitely come back again. The hot tub didnt work while we were there but the pool was great.

Definitely enjoyed the location of this property. Very quiet but still close to everything. We did like how spacious the unit was. There still needs to be some updating. The master bathroom toilet needs a new ring so it doesn’t wobble every time you touch it. The two bedrooms needs to have some type of flooring other than carpet. I think that would have helped with the moldy smell in the unit. I also think the unit needs a really good deep clean. It wasn’t filthy but definitely not very clean. Was happy the unit was ready when we arrived.

Gem on the ground floor.

We loved our stay here. We were worried about it being on the ground floor but the kids loved going outside and running in the grass after dinner every night. It was very private and was convenient for loading and unloading— being on the ground floor. The kids could run to the pool and back and it had easy access to the beach. Updated decor made for a welcoming atmosphere. There were books for me and the kids. Washer and dryer are a must for our big family and this unit has a nice new one. It had everything we needed. We will be booking this unit again next year.

12 Days with Family

Pros: Ground Floor with easy access to all common areas There is a clubhouse with books, puzzles, Cornhole and kitchen area with tables. Beds were VERY comfortable Unit looked and felt clean Laundry in unit - helpful to wash/dry towels Decent amount of start up materialsCons: Only one accessible Electrical Outlet in Spare Bedroom and this had the overhead light/fan plugged into it so there was only one plug. Both bathrooms exhaust fans did not work Walls are very thin Both bedrooms face an interior hallway with a light - with no blackout curtainWe typically vacation on the gulf side however we have stayed in this area previously. I did like that it was not as congested since we were not too close to Cocoa Beach. I would stay here again.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We absolutely love the location and the kind neighbors. We do have a couple of things that we would recommend to make the experience a 5 instead of a 4 rating. The sink faucets are clogged with lime so the water cones out very slowly. The hot tub was actually more of a luke warm tub, not hot at allThere is a cover over the mattress on the couch in the big bedroom that looks like it has blood stains on it. We pulled the couch out but immediately put it back after we saw it. Thank you very much for allowing us to use the property. It was a nice reprieve from the cold weather and day to day life. Happy New Year!

Last minute stay, very accommodating host

We had a very lovely stay. We booked very last minute and hosf was very accommodating, responsive and kind. In fact, she was able to assit with an early check in, which after driving through the night was such a blessing. There is no ocean view, due to being on the ground level- however, the beach/ocean is literally just on the other side of the bushes. This was a perfect location. The beach was never crowded, the outdoor shower was perfect. The pool was just lovely, clean and refreshing. As far as the unit goes, the beds were very comfortable. Therenis just the one 3 person couch. The dining table chairs (there were only 3) felt somewhat flimsy but we only used them once or twice. I would say, if there are 4 adults, there may not be a comfortable indoor seating for watching tv or even relaxing. It worked for my husband and I. When my adult son came to visit us, I chose to go to the nedroom to sit whilr they watched some olympics. The wicker chairs just weren't comfortable or sturdy in my opinion. Just sharing for knowledge but again for us, didnt negatively impact our stay. Plenty of towles which was nice. The washer is small, but so nice to have available in the room

Great Location, needs TLC

Pros: The condo had good beach access and the rooms were large. It was nice to walk out from the patio onto the grass. The pool was awesome and must be heated. There was also a hot tub and dry sauna. Washer and dryer worked great. We saw two rocket launches from the beach, which was awesome. Cons: Even though some updates were made to the kitchen and other areas it still needed some TLC. The paint was peeling in a lot of areas and the doors looked rough. The kitchen cabinets were too small for full sized plates. There was no pantry area, so our food was just all over the counters. It looked like it had a pantry but they used it for cleaning storage and it was very dirty. Also the ice machine doesn’t work and there were no ice trays to make your own. Also no can opener. They also could use some new knives. There were no functioning bath stoppers and the master bath’s toilet flusher was broken, but functioned. The sliding door leading outside has no functioning lock, just a stick to keep it closed. There are two areas to access the beach, but only one side had an area to wash off sand. The area to wash off didn’t have working showers, except for a small spigot at shin level. Also the cleaning crew showed up on Friday, even though we booked the place until Saturday. She was nice but she said her boss told her she was supposed to clean the unit that day, she apologized. It made me uneasy thinking someone had double booked our unit and might show up.
