Enjoy our newly constructed beach house it is perfect for a Florida beach escape. Located 3 blocks from the beach and 5 min to Cocoa beach. Close to NASA, Disney and Cocoa Beach. The fully furnished modern beach house is yours to enjoy with family or a group of friends. This place is perfect for you if you are looking for sun, surf, sunrises, dolphins, and rocket launches.

My family and I (7 people flying in from 3 different countries) had a wonderful time over the Christmas week in Ben’s house. It was perfect for us. The kids spent the entire time in the pool which was just the right temperature, and the adults joined in a fair bit. The house had plenty of space for all of us, with some nice quiet areas to slink off to if you wanted. We found everything we needed in the house, and it was spotless when we arrived.The house is a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed a couple of walks along to the pier and the busier area. The grocery store (Publix) was a reasonable distance - walkable for a few bits or a short drive for bigger shops. We mainly ate in and found the equipment we needed at Ben’s house to cook with. We were also able to wash and dry clothing easily. I had a couple of times when I needed to ask Ben some questions (nothing major) and he was very responsive. Thank you for having such a wonderful house Ben! I would thoroughly recommend it for others to use.

You will keep finding things you like about this house and owner

You will keep finding things you like!The check in was easy. The owner sent us the code the day before we arrived. the kithen was large and we were able to seat our group of 11 at the table and the counter. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and is spacious.The house feels open and clean. There are plenty of beds, although we had 9 singles and 1 couple so a grandson slept on the leather couch which he said was comfortable. The beach is about 3 blocks away, so we drove in the July heat, but there was parking.We loved NASA and actually saw one rocket launch. Then felt a later one in the middle of the night and caught a photo of it!There are great toys for the pool, and a very helpful guest book.This house fit our family the best of any we have ever stayed in. It was a happy stay.

Family Summer Trip

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had 7 adults and 5 kids from ages 3-13. We had plenty of room and places to get away when we needed. It is a short walk to the beach but ended up driving down because it was just too much to carry everything. Overall a great stay!

This was an awesome beach rental. Such a spacious house. Everything you need. Close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ben was amazing communicating and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the cocoa beach area.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house and all rooms are very spacious, lots of extras in the pool shed for the beach, generous amount of towels and lots of kitchen amenities to use. Excellent house with lots of room

We recently stayed at the house, Ben was wonderful making sure that everything was just right for our group!!! The house was perfect there was 8 of us in our group, we all had plenty of room to relax! The pool was perfect during the day and the spa was even better at night! We grilling area was great. The house location is perfect so close to the beach, places to eat and plenty of shopping!!!! Can’t wait to book and stay here again!!!

Just what we wanted

Home is spacious, with a lovely pool and spa. Outdoor covered patio was a special treat for chatting, reading and breakfast. A short walk to the beach and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Ben was very responsive to all my inquiries. The kids, aged 9-11, liked their bedroom spaces and especially loved the pool. Would rent again when visiting the area.

Family Beach Vacation

Stayed for a week in February with Spouse, brothers family and Mom. We all had more than adequet room for the 7 of us. House was clean and we spent everday in the pool or walked down to the beach which only takes 4-7 minutes. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again.

Perfect weather

It was a great and easy stay. The house was huge and gave everyone their own space. The outdoor pool and patio were the ideal spot for outside time. Plenty of towels!!kitchen was stocked with the basics you would need. Overall a great trip. Thank you for having us.

A big beautiful house!

The house was huge, beautiful and fit 3 families comfortably. There was no dressers in the rooms so you have to live out of your suitcases but not that big of a deal. The game room was a huge hit for our kids! The beach was a short walk from the house and they had plenty of chairs and sand toys for a great day at the beach. An added bonus was we got to watch a rocket get shot up at night. That was really cool. We had a lot of problems with the hot tub and had to be in constant communication with the owner but he was very responsive and helped as he could. A big thing to note is, if you are going in the winter months, is that they will only heat the pool for 8 hours in a row each day and you can't heat the pool and hot tub at the same time. Our families love to morning and night swim so that was kind of a bummer. Overall a great place to stay.

Great property

This is a spacious property with lots of seating and different areas where folks can gather or be alone.With smart TVs you can log into your accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, etc.) and continue with your own watchlist/playlist.Kitchen has all the basic appliances and after enjoying the waffles I am tempted to buy my own waffle maker. Kitchen cabinets were all labelled with the content. That was a big help. Suggest doing the same for the multi gang light switches.Would have no problem recommending this house.

Great for family vacations

The property is as described. It’s a great location for a beach vacation and for a large family (14 of us). The pool area and covered porch are the highlights of the property. The management communicates well and is quick to respond & fix any issues. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.

House was exactly as described. Check in/out was super easy and the host was very good with communicating with us if we needed something or had questions. Would absolutely rent this house again. Beautiful home with a lot of space and the kids loved the game room upstairs.

Excellent Family Vacation

The house was great! Enough space for all 11 of us with ample different areas for the kids to hang out along with arcade games. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Beach is a quick 7 min walk and never disappoints. Ben was very responsive when we needed him for a minor issue. Will definitely be back! Thanks Ben!
