cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€70.00 per week per animal and small and medium size). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

La Mandolata is a renovated Tuscan farmhouse located inside the park of Villa Torrigiani, just 12 km from Lucca and a short drive from the sandy beaches of the Versilia coast. Once used as an agricultural building, the house has been cleverly renovated to preserve traditional architectural features, including exposed stone walls, terracotta floors and the characteristic wooden “mandolate” wall. Furnished in a traditional style and embellished with works of art, the colorful interiors include four double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large kitchen, living areas and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Outside, the house opens onto a porch with a dining area and seating area overlooking the garden. Equipped with facilities for sports and relaxation, the villa has a swimming pool, a tennis court with rackets available and a small soccer field. The location is ideal for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Montecatini Terme and the surrounding historic villas, including the renowned Villa Torrigiani with its English-style gardens.

Interiors:
The house is spread over two floors connected by two internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to the dining room; tea room; main living room with ornamental fireplace and access to the outdoor porch; kitchen; service bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR — Lounge area with sofas and ornamental fireplace; three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with bathtub; a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The house is surrounded by flat land with lawn, vegetation and typical Tuscan trees, including cypresses and laurels. The outdoor dining and relaxation area is located under a porch just outside the living room French doors. In the garden there is a tennis court, an area for soccer and various areas with seating for relaxation, in addition to the barbecue area and wood oven. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located a short distance from the house and has an open view of the surrounding countryside. Rectangular with measures 5 x 8 m and a depth of 1.40 m; covered in sand-colored PVC with terracotta edging; salt purification; Roman stairways for the entrance. The surrounding lawn is equipped with sun loungers and a pergola. The interior lighting allows it to be used even after dark. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Tennis Court:
The villa has a synthetic grass tennis court located 50 m from the house, for the exclusive use of guests. Four tennis rackets are available on site.
