This enchanting farmhouse, perched gracefully above its private vineyard, is part of the historic Villa Torrigiani estate, renowned as the only Baroque villa in Tuscany. From the garden of this rental farmhouse, guests can catch glimpses of the villa's unique architectural roof details, adding to the estate's timeless charm.



Fattoria Camigliano is more than just a place to stay; it's a living experience surrounded by lush vineyards. The estate's rich history adds to its allure, once home to a Luccan lord who served as the Republic of Lucca's ambassador to the court of Louis XIV in Versailles during the late 1600s. This fascinating past enhances the ambiance, making every moment spent here feel like stepping back in time.



The farmhouse has been meticulously renovated, with the first and second floors offering modern comforts while the ground floor remains a winery. This blend of old and new provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the life of a Tuscan vineyard. In September, you can even witness the grape-picking process firsthand.



A five-minute drive brings you to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the nearest village, ensuring convenience while maintaining the farmhouse's serene seclusion. The charming town of Lucca is just 20 minutes away, and the pristine beaches are a mere 35-minute drive.



The first floor of the villa serves as the main living area, featuring a grand kitchen with a central counter perfect for cooking classes, a spacious living room with an inoperable fireplace, and a dining room that opens onto a panoramic terrace with a seating area and pool access. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower.



The second floor boasts another living area, three double bedrooms, a bedroom with twin beds, and two bathrooms equipped with both showers and tubs. Additionally, the farmhouse includes an adjacent hayloft with a second kitchen, dining/living area with an inoperable fireplace, and a toilet on the first floor. The second floor of the hayloft offers two double bedrooms and a bathroom with both a shower and a tub. Please note, one of the double bedrooms is not air-conditioned.



The ground floor remains a wine cellar, occasionally accessed by the proprietor to collect wine bottles. When the winemaker is present, guests can purchase wine directly from the cellar, enhancing their stay with the taste of locally produced, organic wines.



Just a two-minute walk away, Villa Torrigiani's manicured gardens and grand interiors await your exploration, offering a glimpse into the estate's magnificent past.
