Stay in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at COCCINELLE FARMHOUSE, a short drive from Lucca -just 7 kms or 10 mins by car- to enjoy the lush greenery of the Tuscan countryside being very close to Lucca city centre (and other major Tuscan sites) at the same time!
The gate in the antique stone low wall that encloses the little estate leads you to this two-bedroom farmhouse, immersed in a hillside with stunning views of the area around Lucca. The recently restored interiors strike a balance between picturesque traditional style and sleeker contemporary lines.

A 10 metres pool is the centerpiece of the villa’s outdoor spaces, tucked into olive groves. Spend an afternoon in a chaise longue by the pool, and enjoy an al fresco dinner at the table there or outside the kitchen. For ambience, there’s a fireplace in the living room; for convenience, there’s Wi-Fi access: very fast and super reliable provided by the national phone company.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR, the living room’s focal point is the large fireplace and the huge french window overlooking the olive groves, once entrance for horses, while the dining room’s big windows open to the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and contemporary lines in its sleek, pale-wood cabinets. A big bathroom with shower and a big laundry room equipped with iron, board and washing machine is also on the ground floor.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with aking size bed and one with two twin beds) plus anbother bathroom with tub and shower.

The villa is located in a walking distance from a tipical famous grocery store selling local harvested fruit and vegetables, local cheeses and salami as well as any kind of items like a small supermarket.
The villa is less than 1 km from other shops, bank, restaurants, pizzerias, ice crema shop, bar and post office in the village of SAN LEONARDO IN TREPONZIO and PIEVE DI COMPITO and just 7 kms from the city centre of Lucca. Take a day trip to the shores of Viareggio beach, about 25 mins away, or to Florence in 35 mins driving or to PISA in just 20 mins. The closest train station is in 7 kms from the villa, less than a 10 min drive.
