QUELLE VUE !! Cette maison au bord du lac est celle que vous attendiez. Juste au coin de Boat Ramp 1, cette maison est magnifique et offre les meilleures vues panoramiques sur Canyon Lake. Mis Ă  jour et prĂȘt pour votre sĂ©jour. Le niveau principal a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec beaucoup de fenĂȘtres, plafond en bois voĂ»tĂ© dans le salon, cuisine et salle Ă  manger, chambre principale et salle de bain sur le mĂȘme niveau. Niveau suivant a 2Ăšme salon, salle de bain et demi w / 2 chambres, chacune avec balcon privĂ© et buanderie. Niveau infĂ©rieur est un grand dortoir avec une vue tout aussi incroyable et un balcon privĂ©. Des marches mĂšnent au bord du lac, permettant ainsi la navigation de plaisance, la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, la natation ou les bains de soleil sur la plage. À seulement 10 minutes des tubes intĂ©rieurs tranquillement sur la riviĂšre Guadalupe. Un endroit fantastique pour vos vacances reposantes au lac!

My family had great stay over new year's week! The house has everything you need and pet friendly. It was well maintained and clean. The location right off the lake provides beautiful views. It was spacious enough for our group with the primary bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and two guest bedrooms with a jack-in-jill bathroom a level down. The bunk room on the bottom level was so nicely designed with steps to the top bunks. The host was available when needed and responded quickly.

Everything from the host to the location and beyond! Beautiful property with magnificent views of the lake from every room! We meet up with our kids for a short intimate vaca every year & it was perfect. We all took turns cooking breakfast in the spacious well stocked kitchen with ample, well maintained supplies! The house was super clean & that’s the way we left it. It is every thing you dream of in a vacation rental! Thank you!

Best view on the lake.

Great house with amazing views from every room!! The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with everything you’d need; even a lovely patio table right off the kitchen to have your morning coffee looking out at the calm quiet lake (my fav). Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The bunk room is very cool for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed Corn hole and the fire pit on the big lower deck. There is a steep path of stone stairs down to a little beach, where we spent hours just floating around. Going down is not too bad but coming back up is quite a climb. We loved our stay here and will be back soon.

Birthday Celebration Family Trip

This property is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the home you are hit with the amazing lake views. There was 14 of us and we had plenty of space to move around and do fun activities. The trail to the lake was a little intense especially when coming back up but its doable. Water shoes or comfortable shoes (no flip flops) are a must if going down to the lake because the path is a little rough. . We will book this property again in a heart beat. Communicating with host was super easy and a fast response was provided every single time. Hope to come back soon!

Labor Day vacation!

We enjoyed every minute of our time at the lake house! The views are stunning from every level of the house. Our group consisted of grandparents, adults and children as young as 5 months. Every detail has been thought of. As the parent of a toddler I very much appreciated the baby gates that were on hand at the house. They also included a pack n play and high chair. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the beach access. The most challenging part was the stairs down/ up while juggling children but it’s definitely achievable. Even the grandparents joined us on the journey. We ran into a few minor issues with the house but Michele and Danny were very helpful even though it was a holiday. A handyman was sent over immediately to remedy the issue. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you guys for sharing your home with our family!!

Annual family vacation.

We had our annual family vacation at this property on Canyon Lake. The house was great and was perfect for our family of 10. The view of the lake is amazing and is what sold us on this location. The walk to and from the lake takes a little bit of work but it can be done. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Better Than Expected

This home is absolutely amazing. It has arguably the best view of any lake I’ve been on in Texas. Reservation, check in, check out couldn’t have been better. Everything about this home is first class. Having water access is such a positive. We will be back!!

This vacation rental was fabulous! Views were incredible. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Walk down to the lake was not easy but definitely not challenging; walk back up to the house was a bit of a work out, but not outside of normal. Kids had a good time. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Incredible home with incredible views!!!!

This house was magnificent!! The views from every room were spectacular! No one wanted to leave at the end. We had 6 adults ages 42-54 and our adult kids ages 19-27. None of our adult kids wanted to double up so one of them slept on the sofa on the main floor. There were extra sheets available in the laundry room for that. The balconies were perfect and clean for sitting out and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Not everyone keeps a clean outdoor space, they usually focus on the inside. So that was awesome! The bottom deck is huge for things like playing cornhole but we never got around to it. The lake kept calling to us so we stayed there all day. The walk down definitely requires shoes and not flip flops. None of the other homes that we were looking at had access to the lake so this was wonderful. The kitchen had plenty of room and was stocked with all the things you use daily when at home. Our hosts really thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Each of us had friends asking for the listing after seeing our pictures from our trip. 5 STARS all the way!!

Magical Wedding Weekend

Our stay on Larson Road was nothing short of perfect. We booked the house for the groom's wedding party and it was exactly what they/we needed. They enjoyed the deck, space and the lake access. My husband and I enjoyed cooking for the group and sleeping on a totally different level than the guys. The owners were quick to respond when questions arose. The rehearsal dinner in Wimberley and the wedding at The Preserve went off without a hitch to make for a perfect weekend stay. We do hope to stay again in the future and enjoy the breathtaking lake views morning thru night. We also got to celebrate our 30th Anniversary during our stay. You will wake to the singing of birds each morning. Definitely a perfect place to stay at Canyon Lake. You will have everything you will need for a great vacation stay. Thanks again for making our special weekend spectacular!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The views are amazing!! The house impeccable, possibly the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in (and I consider myself a clean freak). The steps that go down to the lake can be a lot to handle. I would say if you’re out of shape, you’ll have to take a few breaks coming up those stairs, but they’re worth every sweat drop and sore muscle because the views are just wonderful! The house has everything you’ll need, even books and board games. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of toilet paper. Depending on the size of your group you might need extra trash bags and paper towels, but other than that the house has everything! We brought our boat and jet ski and had so much fun on the water. As a suggestion from the property owners we rented a temporary spot at a storage place nearby for the boat and ski, we didn’t have any problems. Thank you for sharing your home! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Breathtaking lake views from every room, beautiful sunsets, numerous patios and levels, water access, and a home that has been beautifully updated throughout with quality supplies for everything you may need. We did not want to leave! Definitely recommend for a Canyon Lake stay!

Great trip

The house was great, with beautiful views overlooking the lake. There was easy access to the lake itself, and although the steps look intimidating at first they were easily handled by everyone (adults in their 40's and pre-teen kids). Lots of space for everyone and great bunk beds on the lower level. All in all a great location and I would highly recommend.

Anniversary with a view...a spectacular view!

We had a wonderful time during our short anniversary trip to Canyon Lake. The house is lovely, so comfortable and the views are mesmerizing. It's thoroughly relaxing to be able to walk from one room to the next with the same expansive views. We enjoyed both the upper and lower decks for Champagne at sunset, dinners al fresco and it was even cool enough one evening to be cozy by the fire pit. We did the Dam walk at Overlook Park twice and hiked in Pedernales State Park. We also spent a beautiful day wine tasting at Lewis, William Chris and Ab Astris. In addition to being a really fun day, we discovered that the Texas wine industry has evolved significantly since we last tasted in this area, and we would highly recommend a visit to all three wineries. Finally, the owners and host for this accommodation were extremely friendly and helpful. The house exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back soon.
