Our first time renting at Canyon Lake was a smooth and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a place to spend quality time with your loved ones—and even bring your furry pets along—this is the perfect spot. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless. I definitely recommend it!

Such a cute place! Very comfortable. Lovely property so beautifully maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Coffee bar was a nice treat! Host was wonderful! Everything was great!

Beautiful Get Away near Canyon Lake

I was looking for a Memorial Weekend Getaway that would put us close to Schlitterbahn and came across this beautiful home. Communication was amazing. Made it easy to book. As for the home it was beautiful. Amazing views from the second floor. Really enjoyed being able to eat outside on the covered deck. The grill is right there and we did use it quite often. Had an issue with the breaker blowing and texted Juliana & Scott and they were very quick to respond with location of the breaker so we could get things working again. Every morning I went on a walk and saw deer everywhere. My little maltipoo loved being able to walk around the yard. The kids enjoyed playing outdoors. The only thing is that stairway that went from 1st to second floor felt unsure. We usually ended up using the outside stairs to move from 1st to 2nd floor. The location is a very beautiful hilly area that was maybe 16 miles from Schlitterbahn and the Natural Bridge Caverns. At night it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

The house is wonderful and everything you need is there from pots and pans to coffee and a few snacks! Comfortably slept my group of 9 adults. Hosts were amazing and very communicative when any questions arises! The view was amazing! Only complaint is I wish the lake wasn’t so low!

GREAT house - better hosts!

We had an amazing time at this house. Spoiler alert - the deck and patio are awesome. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay this is it. The first night we tested out our badminton skills, and culminated in watching the full moon rise on our last night. The lake was nice and you’re about 1:15 from Austin and 1 hour from San Antonio. The owners were awesome to communicate with and set us up for a great week. Did I mention the deck and patio were awesome! The yard is huge and the kids enjoyed feeding the deer - they’re everywhere! You’re a little secluded - which is just what we wanted. But if you’re wanting to be close to city living - 100% do not recommend - this isn’t the spot for you. But, everything we needed was close by. A couple good restaurants - the Lowe’s market and shops were very close. The house accommodated our two families well with plenty of space. The kids room has three beds! The queen sleeper sofa was nice. And an air mattress fit really well in the second bedroom for our little one.

Family Time

The house was great! It was clean and very spacious. Kitchen and bedrooms were big. Our 6 year olds loved the bunk bed/trundle. Plenty of room for our extended family of 11 people in total. The patio and porch areas were a big plus. We dined on the upstairs patio and it was wonderful. We made smores over the fire pit and the kids loved it. They even had board games and outside games for the older kids and adults to play with. The hosts thought of everything for all ages to enjoy. Loved that it was smoke free. One of my pet peeves is to walk in a rental and it reeks of cigarette smoke. If I had one complaint it would be that the inside spiral stairs that led to the main house did not feel very sturdy we had to use the outside stairs to enter the home and it didnt help that we had an elderly person that it was hard for them to climb the stairs but that’s not the hosts fault. Also the bed in the down stairs master bedroom was not very comfortable, it felt like the box spring needed to be replaced. Overall the house was a great choice my entire family really enjoyed it and the hosts were always available when needed. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

Perfect staycation

The moment you put your access code to enter your rental home, the gates ooen and you feel like your vacation just started. I love the little personal touches like the snacks left on the table that was much needed after our long drive (especially for the kidos). Everything from how CLEAN the place was, every dish needed, to there AWSOME coffee bar. Every step you take in and out of that home was for sure a relaxing moment for us. The kids loved the deer feed the owners provide as they got to feed the deer by hand. Overall....We highly recommend this place and for sure will rent this place again. I also had full access for communiction via text if needed with questions with the owners/host with immediate responses. They helped my family out where to watch fireworks. We already want to go back. Book this home and I promise you will have no regrets

Great Weekend Getaway

We stayed 2 nights at the Lake Forest home with a group of family/friends to enjoy some time out on Lake Comal and Tubing the Guadalupe River. Everything we did over the weekend was less than 10 minute drive away - so location was perfect! Some family that stayed in the upstairs room with bunks complained of it being a little warm at night, however there were multiple fans available for our use. Other than that, great stay! We even got to see some deer up close and personal on the property.
