Everything was great! Only complaint was that the sheets in the downstairs bedroom appeared to be a bit dirty as there were some hairs under the top sheet when we pulled them back the first night. The neighbors across the street parked their vehicles in front of our house as well as right behind the driveway on the other side of the street. This made it very difficult to back out of the driveway. Other than that the house was very well stocked, great views, and lots of space for our group of 6

Home away from home

Everything was just amazing! The home was beyond our expectations. Very clean, had all supplies needed. Felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely nice but was looking forward to getting to the water. Will definitely be back! Recommending for sure!

Great house with beautiful view

This was a great property for our family of 6. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the upper deck with great views. The driveway is not the easiest to pull in and out of, so if you are coming with a larger boat or trailer there may not be enough room. We had 2 vehicles and a double jet ski trailer that fit just fine, but it is a steep drive with a tight turn on to the road. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great space for a family trip!

My family and I were at Canyon Lake for a wedding, and we enjoyed staying at this property. The view from the porch was beautiful and so relaxing for coffee and dining. The property had everything we needed—-plenty of space, bathrooms, grill, kitchen essentials—-and huge bonus that our dog got to come with us. Easy check in and out, as well!

We loved the game section downstairs and coffee on the porch in the mornings watching the birds on the feeders. Great stay for our dog too with the fenced in yard.

Lovely stay in Canyon Lake. Great for groups

Lovely remodeled home in an older neighborhood, close to Canyon Lake. Lots of room for families or groups, plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms all have super comfy beds with nice pillows and linens. Kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals. Plus a grill for cooking out. Two stories of decks overlooking a lovely hilltop. We saw lots of deer and birds while relaxing on the decks. So peaceful! Lots of extras including games, tubes, books, etc. and the communication with the host was superb! We had a slight hiccup at check in that was resolved with lightning speed. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend.

Canyon Lake treasure

This was a quick trip for a wedding in nearby Bulverde. First, this location is wonderful. You are a close drive to everything BUT you are seriously tucked away at the top of a scenic hilltop. We took our dog with us who enjoyed taking walks around and meeting other critters. We saw deer and beautiful birds every morning from the back patio. You do need to drive carefully, Our first night in there was around 7 deer on our street! The kitchen was very nice. Had everything you could ever need. and then some. The neighbors were all really nice, too. Great spot and when we come back to Canyon Lake, we will try to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of games to play. And the most beautiful view. The only negative was one of the neighbors was very loud well into the early morning hours. Other than that a great place to stay!

The property was a joy to stay in. It was spacious enough for everyone, and the back porch faced into a wooded area, where we were able to see birds, deer, and even a gray fox.

Farm house

This house is in a quiet location, surrounded by fields of beautiful flowers. The rooms were spacious and decorated with antique furniture fitting of the home. We enjoyed the home for the week we visited. Only a few small issues with a house this old, low water pressure, squeaky doors, wifi is not very good. We did however enjoy the setting of this old house and all the flowers surrounding the home.
