Primary Suite: King bed, private sitting nook with chaise lounge & Keurig coffee maker, ensuite bath with soaking tub & walk-in shower, sliding doors to lower deck with lake views.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and all the comforts of home. The dining table seats 6, with an additional 4 barstools at the island — great for casual meals or morning coffee. A propane grill is available for lakeside barbecues, and a full washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze.

Two expansive decks — one on each level — both with seating and stunning lake views.

We added our folding table to the dining table and were able to accommodate 11. We brought folding chairs... and left one 🤪. There is lots of space to play outside for kids with a beautiful short walk to the lake. It would have been nice to have a high chair and a bit more hot water. We really enjoyed the house and made lots of sweet memories ❤️!

Great stay!

The house was immaculate and probably better in person than pictures! It was very spacious for our party of 10 (I think the capacity is 12). The communication was spot on and the host allowed us to check in early AND gave us an hour extra to check out which was above and beyond. We enjoyed all the wildlife that came out in the afternoon and in the AM. All in all - highly recommend the property!

I loved the space. It was a little out of the way but the place was wonderful. It would have been nice to have a tv in the bedrooms for us old people who like to relax in bed while watching tv. The space was great for dominoes.

The house was nice and had a nice view. The bedrooms, porches and living areas needed cleaning attention. There were cobwebs and dirt in corners and one bedroom had bugs beneath the bedspread. The back porch windows and furniture were very dirty. This is more of a function of the management company and not anything wrong with the house itself.

The property was really nice, but for a million dollar property, the appointments were basic and the amenities miserly (e.g., 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of tp-just enough till you could buy your own). There were also a lot of “limitations.” For example: the garbage disposal was “sensitive” and couldn’t be used for a lot of things; the central air couldn’t be set below 72 in the summer; there was a limit of 2 cars to park at the house. If I had known ahead of time, I might have chosen a different property.

We spent countless hours out there just taking in the views!The lake levels are very low right now, but it didn’t significantly impact the beautiful views of being on the lake. Despite quite a few nearby homes, it was so quiet and peaceful. Every day we had at least a dozen or more deer visit us and a couple of foxes come by to say hello each evening. The communication from the management company is great as well. Fortunately we didn’t need them for anything but I felt confident it would have been a quick response if we did. The interior of the house was very comfortable and roomy.If I could change one thing, it would be the sticker weeds out in the lawn-you’ll only make the mistake of trying to walk across them barefoot once! Overall an amazing week to recharge and relax, thank you!

The house was great and we really enjoyed staying there. However, our stay was not without some concerns. For perspective, this was a gathering of several couples for a 45th high school reunion, not a bunch of youngsters by any stretch.The day we arrived, I got an email from the management company with additional property rules which are not included anywhere in the property description on VRBO. Here are 2 excerpts from that email.QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9 AM. If you are in violation the police will be contacted and you willbe evicted from the property with no refund.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES ARE NOT TO BE EXCEEDED AT ANY TIME. NO DAYTIME GUESTS ALLOWED.andThe maximum occupancy of this unit is 12. If you are over the maximum occupancy limit at any time, youwill be asked to leave with NO refund.The part about "no daytime guests" and exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property being grounds for removal with no refund are a bit extreme. Had this been clearly stated in the house rules on VRBO, we probably would have looked for alternative properties. I don't have a problem with the rule. I have a problem with not being told that this is the rule until the morning that I'm scheduled to arrive when I have no option to cancel the reservation and find alternative accommodations. Ultimately, we were able to get this taken care of with a call to the management company, but they could just have easily said that there were no exceptions to the policy.
