Relax and unwind at this cozy Canyon Lake house that sleeps 4. Only 1.4 miles to boat ramp #5. Take your morning coffee on the porch and feed the deer. Unwind after a fun day on the lake and watch the sunset. The living room has a big screen Smart TV, DVD player, queen sofa sleeper (Brand new Sofa Sleeper, June 2021) and table with seating. The kitchen boasts all the comforts of home and is fully equipped. The island has 4 bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious full bathroom has a deep soaking jetted tub. This home has a washer and dryer. There is a propane BBQ grill outside, firepit (firewood not provided), and enough parking for 2 vehicles and a boat.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO parties, this is a residential area, quiet hours are enforced. No smoking. One small dog considered, please inquire. There will be a $25 per day pet fee if we accept your dog request. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

However, it would be most helpful for there to be knobs on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, a screen on the bedroom window. It was nice and cool but we couldn't open the window without bugs flying into the house. Other than that, we would love to come again when in the area.

Light switch in bathroom does not function properly.. Some dishes have chips, one of the three coasters and the tile floors in kitchen area have some cracks. All this was noted upon arrival.of course common wear and tear was noticed. Otherwise, this property was very comfortable and homey. Wi-Fi was good and climate in house was excellent. This was an excellent place to stay in while staying in canyon lake!! The house was clean and well taken care of. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! I will absolutely stay at this place again when I come back.

Great little place to stay. Shower was great - had great water pressure. Exactly what we needed for a short weekend. Deer were plentiful and friendly.

20th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Nice lil peaceful lake getaway!

Absolutely had great time with my wife and 2 dachshunds! Deer are everywhere to where u can have them walk right up to you to feed them. Neighbors are nice! Would love to stay again one day in near future!

Good location…clean home with all the basics. Enjoyed the deer each morning and evening.

Good little lake cabin…grills needed cleaning as did the front porch! The actual house was neat and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning and evening. The neighbors were all friendly as well.

We were really pleased with everything but the sofa bed. The mattress is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on. The person had to sleep on the couch.

Great Little Home

The inside was perfect. And completely equipped kitchen, they werent kidding. It had everything you could need! Since we did catch rain, it would gave been very nice if they had at least part of the porch fully covered. It is not. Also, the backyard could have done something more with. Stickaburrs and just not tended to. Also, a part under the house where you could actually sit out of the rain, had old broken chairs and stuff. That was unappealing

The flapper in the toilet wasn't working so we had to lift the toilet lid and manually flush it everytime we used the restroom.
