Cette fabuleuse maison est située sur 2 acres avec un rivage doux au bord de l'eau qui est parfait pour la baignade ou la pêche. Asseyez-vous sur le grand pont arrière couvert et regardez le coucher de soleil sur le lac ou jouez toute la journée dans cette maison au bord du lac. Attachez votre bateau au bord de l'eau, pêchez directement sur le rivage ou profitez d'un déjeuner à la maison ou au gazebo et revenez au lac pour plus de plaisir aquatique !! Cette maison est à 10 minutes en voiture de la rivière Guadalupe à Sattler et à 15-20 de Historic Gruene, du célèbre restaurant Gristmill et du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une bonne pourvoirie de tubes, jetez un coup d'œil à Shanty Tubes qui n'est qu'à environ 11 km de la maison! Cranes Mill Marina est situé à seulement 4. 6 miles de la maison.

Cette maison de deux étages offre 2450 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bain. Le salon / cuisine ouvert est l'endroit idéal pour les jeux et les divertissements en famille le soir. La chambre principale a un lit King size avec une baignoire attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit avec surmatelas Queen et un lit avec surmatelas. La troisième chambre a un lit Queen et un lit jumeau avec une baignoire attenante. A l'étage, vous trouverez un loft TV avec un lit queen size. Un écran peut être installé pour plus d'intimité. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful home! This place was also way bigger than expected and perfect for multiple families. We utilized every space and spent a majority of our time outside fishing. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for our Thanksgiving stay! We plan on returning again next year.

Nice little getaway

Super cute house on the lake! Everything was clean and we were able to cook/grill easily with the supplies they had in the kitchen. There was ample space and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. Communication was great as well. When we went the lake was at 60% capacity so the kids were able to fish and skip rocks. Overall, we’d visit again!

Very quiet place, even with the low lake levels had a great time in the water on the property. The back patio was great with plenty of shade and lake views. We will be back.

We took our kids and grandkids to this house and it was just an exceptional escape from the day to day grind. Beautiful home, location and experience. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with those of us who don’t have such a little blessing sitting on a hill.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a great stay in this hill country house. The views are amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. And every night after sunset we had a group of deer come up to hang out by the back deck. The house had all the supplies we needed. The house needs some updates, but we would still come back again!!

Great location and the house was very roomy. Saw deer every morning and afternoon. Loved the large back porch. Walkway to lake is sorta steep but paved and makes it easy to walk down and back. Gazebo is a plus

Spacious Home and excellent waterfront location

House is spacious, nicely furnished, and well maintained. Paved walkway to the lake that you can walk right into. No climbing down any rocks at this location!

Absolutely perfect!! Beautiful view of the lake. Friendly deer. Absolutely quiet in the evening. Great direct access to the water of Canyon Lake. House feels like home with an amazing deck where we spent most of our time. LOVED IT!!!!!!!

Great weekend

Very clean with plenty of room! My husband and I brought our two daughters and their friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of bath towels. Our favorite part was watching all of the deer in the yard.

Overall we all had a fabulous stay!

Walking down to the water and back was a task for our 70+ year old mom and my father in law. If you have elderly parents or really small kids it is quiet the work out.! But it was a perfect spot to Paddlleboard as you are in a little protective cove. We will be back!

I Have rented out other homes in the area before, but have not liked those homes as much as this one. I love the spacious house,the out side porch and flat grassy area that is perfect for my small kiddos to run around. The lake is close by and the area is very private and quite. Which is perfect for my older kiddos to walk around and explore on their own. Will definitely stay here again.

We have rented vacation rentals many times before, and this is the cleanest we have ever seen. Everything you would need was already there. The view is amazing. Deer at your back porch every day. The property feels secluded but is only 10 minutes away from CVS and grocery store. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We are already talking about staying at the Blue Diamond Retreat again.

Plenty of towels (for showering)for our guest. Washer & Dryer. Large covered deck. Easy walk down to the water. A little steep coming up but not too bad. You can anchor your boat and jet skis in front of house. Hang out in the water. Plenty of room to park your boat and jet skis in driveway. Pool table in house for entertainment. Not far from boat ramp. Book this house for your next vacation at Canyon Lake you won’t be disappointed!

There’s still plenty of water to kayak in Canyon lake!

The path down to the water is about as gentle of a slope as you can get at canyon lake. Bring water shoes for the rocks, though! Very clean house! Kitchen table is the best spot to look at the lake and hang out. Location is great, lake front, great views, awesome deck with trees and fans and new, comfortable outdoor furniture. Beautiful trees! Steep driveway if you don’t have 4WD, so use the black top one on the left to exit! Cons: Honestly a bit under stocked compared to other VRBOs I’ve stayed in as far as basic kitchen condiments, cleaning products, toilet paper and trash bags but they warn you about it ahead of time plenty. Living room couches older, not very comfortable. I did not love the check in process (I’ve never had to provide so much proof that I am the renter since VRBO does all that verified communication, seems very unnecessary.)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, and the accommodations were nice. As stated in the listing, there are starter items, but no food items. This is fine. However, The listing says 185' of lake front for swimming and water fun. The lake has dropped over the last couple of years (I learned after arriving) therefore, the house has NO lake frontage. The picture and statement is false. If you are looking for lake access, this is not the place. If you want to swim, there is no water. If you just want a view from the house, then you can see the lake off in the distance.
