Sycamores, Staple, Kent
Sycamores is a fabulous family holiday home that has everything you could possibly ask for of a holiday home. The large open plan sitting room has a football table and bar area; the large kitchen has an island unit with bar stools and even a sofa and wood burner; the conservatory looks out over the delightful garden and has a dining table as well as sofas and a TV; there is an amazing playroom with toys; the cosy snug has a sofa and TV, great for some quiet time or to entertain the kids; and for guests who want to combine their holiday with work, there is even an office with desk and printer. Outside, the large 100m garden is beautifully maintained and has several areas to sit and relax. There is a patio for dining, sun loungers, a swing seat, even hammocks to while away the summer afternoons reading your favourite book. And the children can happily play on the swings and in the playhouse. There are even bicycles and toys in the shed. Your four-legged friend is also welcome to join you and will love exploring the large garden. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a further large luxurious family bathroom. If you can drag yourself away from this gorgeous property, you will discover a wealth of things to do. Ideally located in a pretty English village, the house is surrounded by country walks and cycle routes, and is a short 15 minutesâ drive to the historic Cinque Ports town of Sandwich, 20 minutesâ drive to the coast at Deal and 20 minutesâ drive to the medieval City of Canterbury. Two great family days out are the Wingham Wildlife Park and Howlett's Zoo 10 to 15 minutes drive away.
