HEATING & COOLING

Snowline features ducted heating & cooling and ceiling fans in all bedrooms except for the bunk bed rooms. A wood fireplace is located in the main living/dining space. Underfloor heating has also been appointed to the bathrooms.

Set amongst two acres of manicured gardens with a tennis court, Snowline is a retreat that was built to bring people together in style. Go for a splash in the 15 metre lap pool, ease into the spa, gather around the firepit as the evening cools, or head to the tennis courts for a hit before lunch. Entertaining at Snowline is effortless, with a spacious kitchen and butler's pantry, a main dining area seating 20, and a secondary dining area to offer even more flexibility for large groups.



1070 metres above sea level, the retreat offers sweeping northerly views across the Orange wine region and beyond. Snowline is a newly refurbished country estate where contemporary luxury meets warm, artisan character. There is always somewhere new to wander, relax, or play with a pool table and the arcade gaming machine.



THE LOCATION

Snowline is perched high on Pinnacle Road and is one of Orange's most coveted addresses showcasing panoramic views of the region's rolling hills and vineyard country.



Within four minutes, you can be pulling into some of the region's finest cellar doors for a wine tasting experience. Eleven minutes and you're in the heart of Orange's vibrant CBD, a town that delivers acclaimed restaurants, buzzing bars, unique boutique shopping experiences, and lush green spaces. Venture over to the Pinnacle Lookout or Lake Canobolas for picture-perfect views.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, with the exception of a locked room upstairs.



The Neighborhood:

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Please note that there are 5 stairs leading to the entry of the home and approximately 15-20 interior stairs between the two storeys.



Prior to booking, please note that maintenance work may be conducted at the property during a stay.

Operating security cameras are featured at the front entrance and rear of the property.



Pool towels and tennis balls are not provided.

The pool is not heated.

The spa takes 4-6 hours to warm up. We kindly request guests to turn the switch off when not in use.

Lights for the tennis court must be off by 10pm nightly.



Fireplace & Firepit: This property has a fireplace & firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Relaxing getaway

we were 16 in the group. 4 families. Relaxing and calm experience we had with our 3 nights stay at the house. We did not see the kids much as they were busy doing with their own things like tennis, basketball, swimming pool, hot tubs. pool table. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with functioning oven, grill, coffee machines; we ended up cooking dinners at night time and breakfast in the mornings. It was a great family gathering catching up with each other in relaxing way. Garden is the best. Because it was spring flowers were in blossoms and it was simply very pretty. Will love to come back again and highly recommended for big families like ours. the kids enjoyed it so much and so did the adults. we are so glad that we chose the place.

Brilliant Venue

We booked Snowline for my mother's 95th birthday celebrations with our closest family members:- 7 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 kids under 10. The house is so well equipped and the gardens are glorious. The kids even swam in the very cold Orange winter swimming pool and warmed up in the spa afterwards. We enjoyed playing cricket on the lawns, toasting marshmallows in the firepit and sharing a meal in the wonderful indoor outdoor room. The grounds provided space for the kids to play out side during the day and indoors for pool/snooker and lego when it got dark. There are enough spaces for the kids and parents to get away from each other but still be safe and we all agreed it was an incredibly fun and relaxing weekend. 10/10 We are already planning a return visit.

Incredible Property

We stayed here with a group of 16 for three nights and we were absolutely gobsmacked by how gorgeous the property was. The gardens were massive and beautiful, and the house itself was just amazing. The accommodation was perfect and I'd definitely recommend staying here for your event if you're looking for a big house that can hold a lot of people or a big getaway. We will definitely be thinking about coming back here in the future!

A large group of friends stayed for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The garden is extensive and beautiful. We loved our stay, did a few bike rides, walks, visited wineries and relaxed in the lovely house.

My friends & I found this place absolutely amazing!! We loved everything about it, in fact on one of our nights we were meant to go out for dinner, but this place was just so amazing we decided to stay in and enjoy the amazing kitchen and all the facilities instead. Cannot fault this place at all
