At Beaches Inn, we absolutely love your furry friends! To help us create a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these pet guidelines:

1. Please don’t leave your pet alone in the rooms. We know how much they miss you! In our years of hosting since the 90s, we’ve found that lonely pets can get a bit vocal, which can disturb other guests. Plus, they might snuggle on the furniture, and that can make cleanup tricky for our dedicated housekeepers. We want all our guests, two-legged and four-legged, to enjoy their time here!

Oregon is a pet-friendly paradise, so let’s make sure your furry companion enjoys “Vacation Land” as much as you do!

2. Please pick up after your pet to help keep our space clean for everyone.

3. For everyone’s enjoyment, please keep your pup on a leash when in the common areas.

4. We appreciate your help in keeping barking to a minimum, so everyone can relax.

Guest Count
An accurate guest count is required per our booking policies and includes both overnight guests and day visitors.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Up to two dogs (each 60 lbs or less) are welcome.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per unit. One additional vehicle per unit may park on the street, if needed. Please do not block driveways or neighbors’ garages; vehicles may be towed.

Easy, Secure Check-In
The home is equipped with a secure electronic lock. You’ll receive a unique access code prior to arrival for convenient, contactless entry. For your safety, codes are reset after each stay.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Early Departure
If you plan to leave before the 10:00 a.m. check-out time, please notify our customer service team so housekeeping can begin preparations early.

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). A $750 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

No Professional Photography or Filming
Professional photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.

Trash & Recycling
Please remove all trash, including food from the refrigerator, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. Recycling does not require sorting, except for refundable bottles and cans. You may return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.

No Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises and the beach.

Damage Policy
Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.
The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750 per unit, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded.)

Starter Supplies
We provide an initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Grill Use
If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Clean the grill after each use. If propane runs out, contact Ohana customer service for assistance.

Plumbing
Please flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

What a great spot! Perfect location across the street from the beach, then a brief walk into the heart of Cannon Beach for all the restaurants and shopping. The homes had all the amenities you would need. We have a 3.5yo and a 1.5yo and they loved being able to run to see their grandparents at the other unit. Arthur was a great host and very responsive. We would happily stay here again!
