Welcome to a lovely, bright apartment near the Croisette in Cannes on the fifth floor. Only a 15-20 min walk to Palais des Festivals et des CongrĂšs, where MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival and Cannes Lions, among others, are held.
The living room with AC is furnished with a sofa bed for two, an armchair (the sofa in the pictures is the old one), a TV, and an associated Apple TV. A dining table for up to six people invites you to beautiful dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar counter with four bar stools.
The bright bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror and AC.
The apartment has a fully tiled bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer, and a separate toilet with a sink.
The 20 sqm large terrace is accessed from the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom. The terrace is furnished with two sunbeds, a dining area and a sofa group. 2 electric sun awnings provide full shade if you need to escape the sun for a while. From here, you also have a glimpse of the sea.
The apartment also has a parking space in the garage, which is very convenient if you have a car. You take the elevator down to the garage.
The house, called Parc Imperial, is located in a quiet area about 800 m from the beach and the Boulevard de la Croisette, which stretches along the coastal shore of the Mediterranean Sea and is about 2 km long.
Around the corner from the apartment, only a few minutes away on Boulevard Alexandre III, you will find a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and even a convenience store. A few minutes walk toward Point Croisette is a small shopping centre with a fish shop.
There are three more bakeries in the immediate area, several restaurants and shops with ready-made food.
It is approximately 700 meters from the apartment to Boulevard de la Croisette and one of the largest public beaches in central Cannes, Plage Zamenhof. It is a fine sandy beach with a beautiful view of the Esterel mountains and Le Suquet, the old town of Cannes, and all the boats that move in the bay of Cannes.
Where Plage Zamenhof ends lays the Martinez and Carlton hotels, which have private beaches where you can treat yourself to a luxurious day at the beach. There are roughly twenty other secluded beaches with associated restaurants along the Boulevard de la Croisette on the way to the Palais des Festivals et des CongrÚs (15-20 minutes walk from the apartment), where the Cannes Film Festival is held, and Le Suquet. There is also an excellent sandy beach on the east side of Pointe Croisette. It is called Plage Mouré Rouge, about a ten-minute walk from Le Roses.
Bus 21 stops near the apartment and takes you down to the railway station in just over ten minutes and to the old port in Le Suquet and Hotel de Ville. There are many restaurants in Le Suquet, and the Forville market is well worth a visit with its fantastic selection of vegetables, fish, meat, flowers, etc.
