The apartment is located in a private historical residence Villa Leona located at 17 Avenue Saint Nicolas. A convenient location where you can access the hyper center of Cannes at a walking distance. It is also very close to the train station and youâll have some supermarkets within a short 2min walk.
Prepare yourself a treat in the modern but traditional, barn-style kitchen and serve them out in the spacious private garden at this quiet urban sanctuary. Listen to the birds, grill some delicious food, and then take a stroll and browse the shops along Rue d'Antibes. The apartment boasts a luminous living room, dining area and a private fully fenced backyard to enjoy a family reunion with the BBQ or or play with your furry friends (the apartment is also pet-friendly!).
The apartment was completely renovated in February 2023, it is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also provide a desk and a comfortable chair to work in peace.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee and tea, so you can start your mornings with a warm cup while taking in the charm of Cannes. The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled I, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
