Stunning Penthouse with Mountain Views + Parking

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in the heart of Canmore. Located just a short 10-min walk from DT, you can enjoy nearby restaurants & shopping. Our spacious condo is flooded with natural light, offering breathtaking views from every angle. In the morning, enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the wrap-around deck while admiring the views. After a day outside, return to relax by the fire as you unwind with the cool evening air settling in.

We can't wait to host you in our spacious 3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment in Canmore! Spend an amazing holiday in the mountains - hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Our lovely space is ideally located close the several restaurants and shops, providing access to everything you need for your getaway. After a day outside, return to our comfortable space to unwind and warm up in front of the fireplace.

Our penthouse apartment has 3 BEDROOMS. You'll find 1 King bed in the first and second bedrooms. The third bedroom features a King-over-King bunk bed and a Trundle bed that slides out from underneath. We'll provide you with bed linen!

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. We'll provide you with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.

After a day in the mountains, retreat to our bright air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV while warming your toes by the fireplace. You can easily plan your next adventure using the FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your furnished wrap-around balcony and enjoy the stunning mountain views and fresh air.

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, and cooking utensils. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite Keurig K-Elite Single Serve Coffee Maker. For dinner, grill up a delicious dinner on the private BBQ, located on the spacious balcony. You can enjoy all your meals at the spacious dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Spring Creek Drive, where our space is conveniently located, including access to a shared outdoor hot tub and an on-site fitness centre.

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE designated garage parking available on-site for up to 2 cars (garage door is 7’6” Wide and 6’6” Tall). There is an additional spot directly outside the garage door with more room if needed.

We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Mineshaft Tavern, just across the street. Go for a bike ride through Canmore and admire the surrounding mountains! You can enjoy numerous hikes nearby, including Ha Ling Peak for some panoramic views and Grassi Lakes for a short hike up to stunningly green ponds.

Great location and trip!

We stayed here for a week with our 8 and 11 year old daughters. The building is new and the Spring Creek area was perfect for our home base to explore Canmore and Banff. Unit was spacious and had a great outdoor deck overlooking the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Shopping within walking distance as well as good options for coffee and meals. The condo had some issues upon arrival, but we contacted the manager and worked the issues out right away. The place is spacious for a big family or 2 small families.

Amazing views!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was very clean. We absolutely loved the views from the wrap around porch. The grill was great. Two underground parking spots worked out well for our group of 6. Communication with the management company was always prompt and super helpful. We highly recommend this place and enjoyed being in Canmore away from the hustle and bustle of Banff.

I wish I could give this six stars! Beautiful place in an ideal location. This condo was incredibly comfortable with artwork, furniture and amenities that felt like being at a resort. And the views from the balcony were beyond compare in all directions. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Penthouse in Canmore

This beautiful penthouse in Canmore was the perfect fit for our trip to Alberta. The three bedrooms with all king-sized beds suited our family of seven (six adults and an infant), and the open kitchen/dining/living area was great for gathering, playing games, and watching tv. We were treated to gorgeous mountain views through the windows and off the deck. We loved the walk to downtown Canmore and the easily drivable proximity to Banff. Having two parking stalls was a bonus, and we made use of the grill on several evenings. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. Note: we did not use any of the complex's amenities (hot tub/fitness center), so we can't comment on that.

STUNNING!

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. 4 adults 2 teenagers, a 3 and 1 year old. Having small kids we knew we would spend a fair amount of time inside during naps, so we wanted somewhere with incredible views and this did not disappoint. It was truly breathtaking just being in the condo, and there was ample space for everyone. Very clean, and all the amenities we needed. The bbq on the balcony was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this place and can. Not say enough about it. 5/5 all around. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful inside and out

The views from this property were stunning and the location was perfect. The condo was just the right size for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 young adults). The property managers were quick to respond to any of our questions. Our only struggle—the tight parking spots in the garage made it a daily challenge to park our large rented SUV. No fault of the property...just something to be aware of. We'd gladly return if ever traveling to the area again.

Overall it was an absolute wonderful place to stay. Location was amazing, the place accommodated our family of 5 very well, and the views from the deck were UNBELIEVABLE! My only regret is that this place is not for sale as I would purchase it in a heartbeat!

First trip to Canada/Canmore/Banff

The property was ideally located with an easy walk to town. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were not ideal. We bought a pan scrubber to adequately clean pans. The rooms were large and lovely. Pillows could use an upgrade. We thoroughly enjoyed our time even with the smoke from the wildfires. Loved the view of the mountains!! Canmore was a perfect place to stay!

Great spot near town center

Great apartment with plenty of space and amazing deck views. A quick 12 min walk to the end of town center where u can find a multitude of different restaraunts, bars and shops . 20 min from Banf. Would definitely recommend staying in Canmore vs. Banf if you prefer a smaller town feel with about 15% of the crowds . Very accessible to all that Banf has to offer . Up there with one of the best VRBOs ive stayed in out of about 40 my family and I have stayed in over the years .

Location, Location, Location + View, View, View

Great condo, perfect for our family vacation. Building is in the Spring Creek development which is new, upscale and, most importantly, just a short (and beautiful) walk along the creek from downtown Canmore. Believe it or not, the view from the family room and porch is even more incredible than it looks in the pictures on this listing. Will rent this unit again if we come back to the Canadian Rockies. We liked Canmore even better than Banff.

Best stay in canmore

We knew it was going to be beautiful and we were not disappointed. Very clean. Wonderful beds. How nice to share this slice of heaven with our family from California. Wrap around deck was the perfect place to be, to see the sunset. The outdoor fire table kept us warm till 1 am. This was the total package. Will stay again.
