The bright, open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, with a large patio window that fills the space with natural mountain light and a cozy fireplace—perfect for slow mornings or relaxing evenings. A sofa daybed is also available for extra comfort. Bose Bluetooth, SMART TV



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals, ideal for home cooking. Family-friendly dinnerware is provided. The flow-through-concept layout seamlessly opens to the living and dining areas and includes patio access for easy indoor-outdoor living.



DINING:

A comfortable and inviting space to gather, share meals, play board games, and reconnect after a full day exploring the valley.



SLEEPING/BATHROOMS:

The master king bedroom faces south, creating a bright, airy feel. The ensuite provides the creature comforts for a welcoming stay. The second bedroom is outfitted with 2 double beds, and the 2nd bathroom is off the hall.



BALCONY:

The courtyard patio faces the pool and hot tub area. Easy access to the facilities from the unit is ideal. Enjoy the midday sun on the patio from the patio chairs.



LAUNDRY:

The laundry facility is a shared space located within the courtyard. It is a paid washer & dryer set up.

Getting Around:

Getting around Canmore and Banff is easy and convenient. Many attractions, trails, and restaurants are within walking or biking distance. For exploring the Banff National Park area, local transit options like Roam Transit provide affordable and eco-friendly transportation between Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise. If you’re driving, there’s ample parking in town and at major attractions, but arriving early is recommended during peak times. Alternatively, enjoy scenic rides with guided tours or shuttles to make the most of your visit without the hassle of parking.

- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thanks for understanding!

- Please remove all footwear at the door. Pack some slippers to keep the feet cozy!

- Check-in time: 4:00 pm, Check-out time: 11:00 am.

- Located in Mystic Springs Resort.

- Please note that parties are NOT permitted.

- We do not have control over building amenity closures, such as building maintenance and repairs.

- There is an extra $50 for the pet fee.

- When the wind chill temperature drops to -20 or below in the morning, the pool and hot tub will remain closed for the entire day, as required by AHS regulations.

- Please remember that you're staying in a townhouse, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on site 24/7.

- Payment is taken upon booking confirmation. Note the damage deposit; it will be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout. This only applies to VRBO/Booking/Expedia/Website bookings.
