This condo is located close to many walking paths and trails. It is a short walk to downtown and many close-by restaurants and coffee shops. Canmore is a wonderful town in the Rocky Mountains. Just outside the Banff National Park gates, Canmore offers access to all of the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer. Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

Lovely place, great view, building had some issues

Perfect place to stay near Banff, we’re really glad we stayed in Canmore vs, Banff. The Condo was perfect for my family of 5 adults, with three bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom suite (though only 2 showers, the third just a tub). The view was lovely. We booked nine months in advance and 2 weeks before our stay we were informed that the elevators were out of order. We had no option to rebook so late so we stayed with it. We are healthy and active but man the stairs at the end of a busy active days was a lung buster even for the younger ones. One day the front door of the building was broke. The unit itself also was a little run down with the stove not working (they did provide two camping burners in place), broken window levers, and the carpeting is kind of old. Definitely could use some updates. We used the gym a couple of times and that was pretty well equipped and nice for a vacation unit.Overall tho we had a wonderful stay. We hiked several times, toured Lake Louise and Morraine Lake, took the gandola up in Banff, did a river float, and played golf at SilverTip. Such a beautiful place

Wonderful condo in Canmore

Three longtime friends stayed 4 nights in the condo and couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations and location. The unit offers great views and is well maintained and stocked for a very comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Banff Ski Vacation

We had a great stay! The views were wonderful from the condo. The condo was very nice and clean. We had a rental car, so getting around Canmore and heading to ski was very easy. Restaurant were very good. We would plan to go back and rent this same place. The elevator was not working so we needed to walk up 4 flights of steps.Suppose to be back in service soon.

Great place for a mountain getaway!

This was a great place for a weekend getaway in the mountains! Plenty of room to accommodate 3 couples and our pups. Kitchen was well stocked and having a park pass was very convenient.

Great condo for large families.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are a good size. The master suite is spacious with lots of lighting and a great bathtub and bathroom area. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a water filtration system attached to the kitchen sink. The view is beautiful and the building is quiet after 10 pm. Ice machine located on P1.There were a few things that made our stay frustrating. First, the unit is on the 4th floor. We knew this going into booking. What we didn’t know was that the Aurora complex has only one elevator. Not a bank of elevators, but one elevator. We chose this particular condo for the size of our party and that it was dog friendly. We waited upwards of 5 minutes at any given time for the elevator. When you have dogs and you need to take them outside for their bathroom breaks, it was a ridiculously long wait. Second, we struggled with the temperature in the condo. My room was extremely cold. The master suite, was always hot and the other bedroom bounced back and forth between hot and cold. The thermostat was not complicated to figure out, it just couldn’t be regulated. And finally, the pool area. We understand that this is a family complex, with kids, but the pool area was always full with kids as was the hot tub, and it was loud. Perhaps a solution to this is having adult only times available. Then it gives families time to enjoy then adults who want pool/hot tub time too without all the commotion.

Best I’ve ever seen

Three older ladies reuniting after 40 years, we’ve seen our fair share of places to stay. We were amazed at how well appointed this space was for everything. A full spice rack. Coffee, tea, oil in the pantry. Cling wrap and aluminum foil! We wanted for nothing! Our condo had a lovely view and we were thrilled with the spaciousness. Would definitely go back!!
