Would give zero stars if it were an option. I wasn't going to leave a review before the investigation with VRBO was closed but since they've reviewed me im VERY curious.Unit is fine. Property manager is a nightmare. We challenged them on their collection and treatment of personal information. Including but not limited to:- Why they need the full name and age of any friends coming into the unit for a glass of wine, even if they aren't staying the night- taking photos of IDs on a personal phone- (attempting) to take photos of credit cards on a personal phoneVRBO confirmed that the way they were handling/collecting personal information was not proper. The property manager didn't know I had already verified with VRBO what was/wasn't correct. They retaliated when we challenged the improper collection/handling of personal information and fabricated a story about having video proof of my partner being rude to a housekeeper. I notified VRBO and asked they request the video which would show that: 1) the accusation of being rude to a housekeeper was a lie 2) it would show them taking photos of ID and credit cards on a personal phone. VRBO requested the video and then the property manager's tune changed slightly. They sent a huge email, not taking ownership for the original issues raised and somehow asking that I drop the matter. At the end they asked for a "Truce".The lack or maturity and professionalism is quite shocking.If still managed by Rockies Rentals, run!

We have stayed in over 50 VRBO rentals in past 15 or so years and this one is on top 5. The mgmt company was super communicative. The unit was super clean. Very well stocked kitchen. A little mark down because the check in process was unique and a little cumbersome but they did walk us through it and it worked out . We had never had to fill out and sign a contract prior to check in before. And ultimately worked out just fine. This is a great place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location with beautiful view of Three Sisters Mountain and walkable to everything in downtown Canmore!!! The unit itself was great - very spacious with all the amenities. Our only problem was that one bedroom had no air conditioning and it was unseasonably hot. It was very difficult to get cool air to that one bedroom and our friends who stayed in it were very uncomfortable due to the heat.

We had a wonderful time! Great location in Canmore. Easy walk to river trails and downtown amenities. Very nice and spacious 2 bedroom unit on third floor with decent view of mountains. Designated and secure parking a big plus.Only issues that would have improved our stay:Temperature control with window AC units was difficult.Need bedroom window blinds or curtains.Had an unexpected entry into the unit by a staff member not realizing that it was occupied.

Good location. Unit needs a little care

Communication with the property manager was excellent. To be fair, I emailed the details of the problems with the unit the day I departed so they did not have the opportunity to resolve some of the issues. Location is excellent. Views are nice (beyond looking down on a parking lot). Carpet in master bedroom stained / dirty. Mattresses and linens need updating. Air conditioning units attached to plexiglass duct taped to window frames were unsightly, detached from windows-falling into the unit, obstructed the views in the master bedroom and prevented the blinds from being able to close. Hopefully my feedback will lend to a better stay for future guests. The unit could be great with some updating / attention.

Nice place to stay, convenient, glad there was covered parking but spaces were tight. 2nd bedroom (not master) was hot/humid at night since no AC (weather warm in early Aug). Time in Canmore

Rental management company was very responsive and accommodating. The property is downtown Canmore and walking to anywhere and everywhere was fabulous. But being downtown was a bit noisy and not necessarily with people noise but the Restuarant noise. Late at night and early morning you could hear them throwing out trash/bottles into the trash bins. You could hear them in the early morning as well. The views are super, but you also have a view of business roof tops and a parking lot.
