New luxury 2 bedroom condo in the heart of vibrant Canmore! Great design with beds and baths split by living area, ideal for 2 couples and can sleep 6 with luxury sofabed. No stairs: walk from your free park directly into unit. Tastefully furnished and decorated with original local art and crafts. 2 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. High-end appliances including washer dryer. Full climate control heating/air con, natural gas fireplace. Rooftop hot tub (scheduled May).

The Space
Be in the heart of the action without compromising quality and peacefulness. Although only a 2 minute walk to the core of Canmore, our property is situated next to a delightful small lake surrounded by forest and backed by the mountains. It is an ideal spot to enjoy a contemplative morning coffee.

Hot Tub
Walk up the exterior all-weather stairs to our delightful hot tub deck complete with an enclosed bathroom/changing room. The ultimate mountain views surround you. It’s magical! Hot tub currently unavailable, possibly available from late April.

Sleeping
The master bedroom has a queen bed with quality mattress and linens, you will amazed just how comfortable it is. An ensuite bathroom with a large closet, and a 40in TV with complimentary Prime TV complete the room.

The second bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment with a full bathroom right next to it, providing separation and privacy. It also has a queen bed and TV with Prime.

Both rooms are decorated with original art and crafts from local creators.

In the lounge is a high quality leather queen size sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. It’s one fluid movement to deploy/ put away.

Living Area
Includes the luxury sofa and Barcelona chair, 55” TV with Google TV and cable, and push button cozy gas fireplace. Original handmade arts and crafts complete the hygge of this welcoming space.

Kitchen / Dining area
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top end appliances including convection oven with integrated air fryer. Everything you need to prepare and serve superb meals on fine bone china dishes on the adjacent timber dining table with comfortable seating. An antique Cocktail shaker and martini glasses will tempt even the budding Mixologist.

Amenities
Our proximal car parking space in our private, free courtyard means an end to those long bag laden schlepps!

Bike storage area is available. NB: no bikes or skis are allowed in the apartment.

Location
A point of difference with the majority of Canmore listings is our truly unrivalled location. You can enjoy a short stroll to all that vibrant Canmore has to offer. Details in our housebook, but suffice to say the dining scene is unvaryingly high in quality and truly international. Canmore also has a thriving craft brewing scene, and be sure to take advantage of the buoyant happy hour options!

Access to near-by Banff
Catch the Roam bus service direct to Banff, it's only 2 minutes walk from the apartment to the pick up point, with frequent buses.

For drivers, a Park Pass is available in the apartment, you attach to your rearview mirror, this will save you approx $25 a day entry into Banff National park. Also can be used for Jasper, Yoho, Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke Parks. This pass will save you both dollars and time (no queuing to enter, you simply display the pass and drive straight through in the park ( keep right, do not stop at the park entry booths).
Please don't forget to return it when you check out. There is a $250 fee for not returning it. Thanks

Guest access
We cater for guests with partial mobility on request. The are 2 designated disabled free parking bays within 10m of our front door. The single step threshold of our well-lit 32” wide front door can be accessed with removable ramp (on request). The master bedroom bathroom features large low threshold shower with grab bar, non slip flooring and shower seat (on request). The shower features the option of a handheld shower head.

Please note: The rooftop spa deck is accessed by 2 flights of all-weather external stairs. Unsuitable for those with limited mobility (no elevator).
