This spacious 5-bedroom villa is spread over three levels inside a gated complex with 24/7 CCTV. With stylish interiors and plenty of facilities, it’s an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends.
The space
The villa is designed to provide the ultimate retreat for you and your loved ones with its spacious living areas, private pool, and views of the surrounding landscape with ocean views to the west and mountains to the north.

Ground Floor -

The ground floor of Villa Luja is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The combined sunken lounge and dining area is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal, or have our private chef cook and serve you a sumptuous feast on the 14 seat dining table.

The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows offer stunning views of the pool and gardens. You can choose to have an open or enclosed living space depending on your mood. The whole villa is air-conditioned to ensure your comfort. You will also be able to watch your favourite shows and enjoy movie nights on our big screen and 4K projector and indulge in the surround sound of our Sonos system.

There is a separate TV room and adjoining ground floor bedroom (bedroom 5) that is accessed off the lounge and dining area to create an oasis for kids to enjoy their own space, or adults to relax and unwind.

First Floor -

The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 includes a separate games room with TV, PS4, dart board, board games and other activities.

Second Floor -

The second floor of Villa Luja is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The air-conditioned massage room and gym are equipped with top-of-the-line fitness equipment ensuring a rejuvenating workout experience. You also have access to a golf simulator (Skytrak system) and sets of adults and childrens golf clubs.

Rooftop -

The rooftop of Villa Luja is designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. The expansive rooftop offers stunning views of the ocean to the west and mountains to the north. There is a 3-hole outdoor putting green and a jacuzzi. With outdoor seating it's the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day whilst watching the sunset in the distance.

As you return to the ground floor the heart of the villa is the amazing pool with the waterslide and swing set that uncovers the private oasis of Villa Luja. With its comfortable sun loungers, parasols, seating area, and shaded nooks, its perfect for relaxing. A covered outdoor space offers a serene spot for morning yoga sessions. There is also a BBQ, football goals and various games for outdoor fun.

Our staff are available to take care of your every need, from preparing meals to arranging activities and excursions. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low after 10 pm. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking indoors and hosting parties without our approval are not permitted.
