The cabin is located on a private lane in the Mountain Town of Candler, known for its breathtaking Valleys, Hot Air Balloon tours, panoramic views of Mount Pisgah, and easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway.

You’ll notice that all the houses in our community are well maintained. With that said, our neighbors are friendly and are aware that the cabin is a short-term rental. You will enjoy your privacy, but we ask you to be mindful of our neighbors and respect their privacy as well.
Regarding noise levels, we ask you to respect our curfew time of 9:00 pm to 7 am so we can continue to host our guests while supporting our community.

Guests will enjoy access to the entire home through the self-check-in feature via the Schlage Keypad lock.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR, GUESTS WILL HAVE TO BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE THE STAIRS AS WELL AS A ROCK PATH LEADING TO THE ENTRANCE (NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND STROLLERS.) CHILDREN SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULTS WHEN COMING UP OR DOWN THE STAIRS TO AVOID INJURIES.

The best way to get to and from the cabin is by car.
Our cabin is located on a higher elevation than most homes in the area. With that said please take note of the following:

. There will be a point where the road becomes gravel for a very short period of time. The gravel road is also steep. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND 4X4
. Please make sure to have your GPS running the moment you begin your trip. At times, carriers may experience a loss of reception, especially as you get closer.


All bookings require a signed rental agreement.
Within 24 hours of booking, guests will receive a short-term rental agreement from Serenitree Stays by Yanelis Branly to review and sign electronically. Completion of this agreement is required to confirm your reservation and receive check-in instructions.

. We love all types of Pets! Unfortunately, since some of our guests are allergic, we have decided not to accept pets for now. We will charge an extra penalty fee of $250 for any unauthorized pets.

. Be aware that there are security devices such as a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door and a Ring Floodlight camera on the outside parking area. The owner may check recordings anytime to ensure the guest has arrived. The front door has access to record the garden and fire pit area. The outside parking area only records the parking area.

. Please note that you are staying in a forest with many different types of animals and bugs. We pay for frequent pest control services to minimize bugs. However, please be aware that during Spring and Summer, you may have encounters with these amazing creatures. We encourage you to bring bug spray. We have seen Bears, and there's a possibility that you may see some during your stay, so please be careful. They may look adorable but stay away and don't leave any food or exposed trash outside.

. We do our best to provide the best internet access possible. However, the internet connection can sometimes be erratic. In this case, we recommend disconnecting and enjoying some time offline.

. The home is not child-proof and has many areas unsafe for children ( stairs, etc.), so please be aware if you choose to bring your little ones that you are doing so at your own risk and must keep an eye on them at all times.

.By booking our cabin you agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of our property and entire home premises.

.The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, an illness that occurs while guests are on the premises or for the loss of their belongings.
