For stays of 7 nights or more, 20 kWh of electricity per day are included. Additional consumption is charged at 6 MXN per kWh. With responsible use, youâre unlikely to exceed the limit. Help us protect the environment.

â Towels are for bathroom use only; please do not use them to remove makeup or sunscreen.
â To protect the environment and prevent plumbing issues, do not flush paper or other items down the toilets.
â Hanging towels or clothing on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is prohibited.
â Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If unsure where to dispose of it, please ask us.
â Respect speed limits when approaching the property.
â Swimwear and rinsing off before entering the pool are mandatory.
â No food, glass containers, cigarettes, or balloons are allowed in the pool area.

â Lost keys, access cards, wristbands, or parking passes will incur a replacement fee of $50 USD each.
